The name had me puzzled (what does that even mean?), but once I stepped inside this four-star place, it all started making sense. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe that actually feels welcoming rather than sterile, and you can tell they’ve put real thought into the details.

What really won me over, though, is the location – and I mean this in the most practical way possible. You’re basically right in the heart of Batumi’s action without being stuck in the chaos of the main tourist strip. I could walk to the seafront in about five minutes, but when I came back at night, the street was surprisingly quiet. The staff seem to genuinely know their stuff too; the front desk guy gave me directions to this amazing khachapuri place that definitely wasn’t in any guidebook, and he was spot-on about the timing to avoid the dinner rush. The rooms themselves are what you’d hope for – comfortable beds, good water pressure (trust me, this matters in Georgia), and air conditioning that actually works during those humid summer nights. I noticed they keep the common areas pretty immaculate, which says something about how they run things overall.

Here’s what I really appreciate: they seem to get that travelers want authentic experiences without sacrificing comfort. The breakfast spread includes local Georgian breads alongside the usual international options, and they’re not precious about helping you figure out the marshrutka system if you want to explore beyond the tourist zone. I stayed there during shoulder season in May, and while I can imagine it gets busier in peak summer, the building felt solid enough that noise wouldn’t be a major issue. Honestly, for a place with a 9.5 rating, I was expecting maybe some overhyped disappointment, but they’ve earned those reviews. It’s one of those hotels where everything just works the way it should – which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given when you’re traveling in this part of the world.

  Апартамент современный, чистый, с видом на море. Все есть для комфортного отдыха. Наличие кофе и кофеварки меня сразили. Было волшебно пить кофе на балкончике, смотреть на море, наблюдать вдали корабли.
  Очень приятные владельцы, встретили, все рассказали и показали.
  Есть парковка (что важно, тк в Батуми с парковкой проблемы).
  Рядом магазины и все, что нужно.
  Близко к морю и парку, в котором красиво вечером загораются фонтаны. И вообще приятно прогуляться рядом по набережной.
  Остались очень довольны проживанием и вернемся сюда еще.
  Однозначно рекомендую!

  Бронировала аппартаменты как подарок (свидание) для друзей. Все вопросы очень быстро решались в переписке. Хозяева очень приятные, контактные и инициативные. Друзья остались очень довольны!!! Их встретили, проводили. Номер полностью соответствует фотографиям. Очень рекомендую!

  Сама квартира супер: всё новое, всё чисто, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть. Отдельная благодарность хозяину, очень отзывчивый и заботливый человек. Шикарный вид на море из балкона,магазинчики по близости.Море 2 мин через дорогу.

  Прекрасная небольшая студия вблизи моря. Номер чистый, новая мебель и все продумано до мелочей. Отель находится на окраине города, что дня нас являлась больше плюсом чем минусом, в сезон в Батуми очень шумно, шум машин, ресторанов, толпы. Здесь же мы слышали лишь шум волн. Из окна изумительный вид, модно встречать рассветы у моря. Однозначно рекомендую!

  The host is friendly and helpful. With booking this apartment, you will have a clean place with a nice design, high floor with a balcony, and a sea view. At the night you will sleep with the sound of sea’s waves. You only have to cross the road with your towel to enjoy swimming. There is a mall close by. The most important that there is a free parking for your car which you have to consider if you are going to Batume.
