What surprised me was the attention to soundproofing; despite being in central Batumi where the nightlife can get pretty intense, especially during summer months, I barely heard street noise. The staff actually knows what they’re doing too, which sadly isn’t always a given even at this price point.

Here’s the thing about this place though – it really shines when you realize how well-positioned it is for exploring the real Batumi. You’re walking distance from the old town area where locals actually hang out, not just the flashy waterfront stuff that every guidebook pushes. The hotel’s restaurant is surprisingly good (I was skeptical at first), and they source a lot of their ingredients locally, which you can taste. Parking is straightforward if you’re driving, though honestly you won’t need a car much from this location. The whole setup feels like they built it for people who want luxury but aren’t trying to be completely isolated from the actual city. I mean, the 7.1 rating makes sense when you consider it’s not trying to be everything to everyone – it’s solid, comfortable, and yeah, a little bit flashy with the casino angle, but in a way that works for Batumi’s personality. If you’re looking for a place where you can disappear into generic hotel luxury, this might not be your spot, but if you want something that feels connected to where you actually are, it delivers.

  In general every thing was good
  We made a late check out but it was too expensive to paid 150 GEL to keep the room till 20:00 evening.
  I contacted with the front dest manager, she tried to help us but the solution wasn't the best.
  Our flight was delayed and we couldn't do anything.
  And i exlained to her that the reason for ther delayed was the current situation in our country in israel.
  Other than that every thing was good.

  – The location and view is the best so far you can easily reach any place from there, amenities are great and good parking
  – Ordering food from hotel restaurant through phone is a great experience they are professional and have tasty dishes 🙂
  
  What could be improved: – Reception is disrespectful, and super slow, had to wait more than an hour to check in, he was rude enough to not even explain, then I found out he was lazy to go through booking.com bookings and find it, he lacked proper communication and had aggressive face gestures, also they need more staff at reception to handle all customers
  
  – They are not consistent with amenities after cleaning the room, after first day there is always one thing missing (e.g shower gel, slippers, etc)
  
  – Restaurant staff does not put proper tags (Kosher, Halal) on items
  – Restaurants waiter was curious and checking who was in my room with side if her eyes
  – You can hear nightclub beats from 8th floor
  – Had to ask 3 times for an extra blanket!
  – They have genocide supporter Isra-Air booth in hotel, good reason to not come back

  The hotel was huge, and includes casino, spa, swimming pool, etc to enjoy. Our family room was also very useful. We stayed 5 people because the room has also 3 inside room and 3 bathroom. The breakfast was also good. Especially baked goods were extremely delicious.
  
  What could be improved: But there was a staff problem. We were 10 people, and there was an only person in the reception. Because of this, check in process took too long. Also, in the middle room of our family room, there was no water flowing in the bathroom.
