The building itself is nestled into one of those more peaceful residential streets in Batumi where you can still catch the sound of the Black Sea if you listen closely, but you’re not contending with the endless stream of tourists that overwhelms spots nearer to the boulevard. The owner – and I mean this in the most positive way – operates it like they’re welcoming family rather than simply processing check-ins and check-outs.

The studio layout is genuinely well-planned, actually. I’ve experienced plenty of these compact spaces that feel restrictive, but whoever arranged these rooms understands how people actually function when they’re traveling for more than a few days. There’s sufficient counter space to truly organize your belongings, proper lighting for those unavoidable laptop sessions, and – this counts more than you’d realize – the wifi doesn’t mysteriously vanish every time someone in the adjacent room begins streaming something. The bathroom’s small but practical, with water pressure that doesn’t make you regret your decisions. What really impressed me was the focus on minor details… like, they have these convenient hooks and shelves precisely where you’d need them, and the air conditioning actually works without sounding like aircraft taking off overhead.

Location-wise, you’re roughly a ten-minute walk from Batumi Boulevard and perhaps fifteen from the primary beach areas, which honestly feels ideal. Near enough that you can stroll over anytime, but distant enough that you’re not listening to intoxicated tourists at 2 AM or managing street vendors outside your window. There’s a solid khachapuri place right around the corner – locals frequent it, which is always a promising sign – and a small market about three blocks away if you want to pick up essentials without traveling to the major shopping districts. Parking can be somewhat challenging on this street (it’s that familiar blend of residential and small businesses), but the staff actually assisted in identifying the optimal spots nearby. I mean, with a 9.9 rating, you’d anticipate them to focus on details like that, and they truly do follow through on it.

  The studio contains all you need. It is well located in the New Batumi in one of the most modern buildings in Town.

  Очень чистые апартаменты, все идеально убрано. Ванная без плесени тоже идеально все чисто. Кухня очень приятная, посуда вся как новая приятно пользоваться. Одно удовольствие было быть там.
