  Great modern place. The apartment is in a secure building and feels peaceful and comfortable. It’s well-equipped and has a nice balcony. The beach is few steps away. Will definitely book a longer stay

  We had a really nice stay here. The studio is good, clean and cozy. We had everything needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Private parking of the Alliance building if you travel with car really makes the difference. Great choice for a stay in Batumi.
