The cottages have this lived-in charm that grows on you, and I actually preferred staying in one of them over the main building rooms. There’s something about having your own little space with a tiny porch where you can sit with coffee and watch the locals walk by. The pool area is where this place really shines though – it’s not huge, but it’s spotlessly maintained and surrounded by enough greenery that you forget you’re in the middle of a city. I spent way more time there than I planned, just floating around and reading.

What really sold me on this place was the genuine hospitality – the kind where the staff remembers your name and asks how your day in Batumi went, not because they have to but because they actually care. The woman at reception gave me these incredibly detailed directions to the lesser-known beaches (skip the crowded central ones, trust me) and even drew a little map showing where to catch the best sunset views. Parking was never an issue, which honestly surprised me given how cramped some of Batumi’s streets can get. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the Wi-Fi gets a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone’s streaming, but honestly, that forced me to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful courtyard more. If you’re looking for that perfect balance between being close to Batumi’s energy but having a genuine retreat to come back to, this little paradise actually lives up to its name.

  We've this place a few times when leaving from or arriving to the Batumi airport. It's absolutely perfect for our needs – the owner is very kind, it's calm, and away from downtown, and the airport is less than a 5 minute drive.

  The property is located in a rural area near the airport, in a quiet location away from the city. It really felt like a stay in an authentic village, cottages surrounded by an orchard, with sounds of farm animals.
  The cottages were clean and warm inside despite cold December weather.
  The city center is not far and we took a taxi there and back, enjoying both urban attractions and rural atmosphere with clean air.
  The owner, Nunu, was amazing, very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen is shared and not private, unlike in description
  There were no toiletries in the bathroom.
