The area’s got this interesting mix of local Georgian life and beach resort vibes, and this three-star property sits right in that sweet spot where you feel like you’re staying somewhere real, not just another tourist bubble.

What struck me immediately was how the place actually lives up to its name – you really are on the dream side of things here. The aparthotel concept works brilliantly because you get proper apartment-style space (think kitchenette, separate living areas) but with hotel services when you need them. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, which probably explains that solid 8.9 rating. I mean, you can tell when a place is actually managed well versus just trying to look good in photos. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out – nothing fancy, but everything works and there’s this attention to small details that matters when you’re staying for more than just a night or two.

The location in Chakvi is honestly perfect if you want to experience Batumi without being right in the thick of the city chaos. You’re close enough to zip into town when you want the nightlife and restaurants, but far enough out that you can actually hear the Black Sea at night instead of traffic. The beach access is straightforward – no complicated resort politics or crowded hotel pools to navigate. I loved being able to grab fresh khachapuri from the local spots nearby in the morning, then head down to the water with my coffee. The neighborhood feels authentic, you know? You’ll see Georgian families doing their thing, kids playing in the streets, old men playing backgammon – it’s not sanitized for tourists. Parking was never an issue, which is actually a big deal if you’re planning to rent a car and explore the region. The whole Adjara coastline is worth driving, and having a reliable base like this makes all the difference. Honestly, for the price point and the experience you get, it’s one of those finds that makes you feel a bit smug about your travel planning skills.

  Good location, everything near, you can go to other beach or go to Batumi very fast (20 minutes). There are very beautiful view on the balcony. Big and clean apartment with kind personals.
  
  What could be improved: There are building new hotel and apartments and sometimes noisy. The walls not very good, you listen your neighbors and sometimes feel smells by cooking.

  Очень комфортные номера , чисто , отличная шумоизоляция , вид на море. Мы были с сыном , там рядом теннисный корт , мы занимались теннисом.

  Хорошее расположение – рядом с морем. Также рядом есть хороший комплекс, услугами которого можно пользоваться если оформить гостевой браслет – рестораны, бассейны (не все), аквапарк и тд.
  Хороший ремонт, все новое, приятно жить в таком месте.
