I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to cozy apartments on Inasaridze Street, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a three-star place in this part of Batumi. But you know what? Sometimes the unassuming spots end up being exactly what you need.

The building itself has that slightly weathered charm that’s pretty typical for this neighborhood – nothing flashy, but there’s something authentic about it that I actually appreciated. The apartments are, well, genuinely cozy (I mean, they named it right). Mine had this lived-in feel that made it seem more like staying at a friend’s place than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen was small but functional – perfect for making morning coffee or heating up some khachapuri from the bakery down the street. Speaking of the street, Inasaridze is one of those quieter residential roads where you’ll hear more conversations between neighbors than tourist chatter, which was honestly refreshing after dealing with the crowds near the waterfront.

What really struck me was how the staff seemed to actually care about the place – not in that overly rehearsed hospitality way, but more like they were genuinely proud of what they’d created here. The woman at check-in gave me these specific directions to the good grocery store (not the touristy one everyone ends up at) and mentioned which marshrutka routes would get me to the old town fastest. These are the kinds of details that matter when you’re trying to live like a local for a few days. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay, and honestly, the shower had better water pressure than some fancier places I’ve stayed. Sure, the furnishings aren’t Instagram-perfect, and there’s a bit of street noise in the mornings when people are heading to work, but that’s real city life. The location puts you about a 15-minute walk from Boulevard and the beach – close enough to get there easily, far enough to escape the summer crowds when you need a breather. I found myself actually looking forward to coming back each evening, which says something about a place.

  The locatin is great.
  Near the mall, 5 minutes from the beach.
  The apartments are big enough.
  
  What could be improved: The furnitures in the shower are old and broken.
  There was one toilet paper only! For 7 people and when I asked the owner for more, she claimed that it's my responsibility to buy more!
  The lights in several places didn't work and once again she didn't fix it.
  The lockers in 2 rooms, one of them is the shower, didn't work and when I asked to fix it she tried to blame us.
  She couldn't charge us via CC, asked cash only!

  Я снял студию, которая расположена в лучшем месте. Рядом есть всевозможные магазины. Квартира расположена в 300 метрах от моря. У квартиры прекрасная экология. Квартира новая и в хорошем состоянии. Настоятельно рекомендую эту студию.

  Хорошее расположение. До моря 5 минут пешком, рядом большой торговый центр, рестораны, магазины. В апартаментах современная техника, удобные матрацы. Очень красивый вид на море (24 этаж). В подъезде 3 лифта, вполне достаточно, никогда не ждали больше 3-5 минут. Во дворе (за шлагбаумом) можно припарковать машину, но если найдете место 🙂 нам повезло, мы нашли))
  
  What could be improved: немного пошарпана мебель (спинка кровати, стулья), диван накрыт пледом (под плед лучше не заглядывать:))

  В Батуми не первый раз и эти апартаменты лучшие во всем городе! Максимально приветливая хозяйка, которая помогает по всем вопросам, даже карту и мини гид для нас подготовила на столе, а так же, что не менее важно, пошла на встречу, когда нам понадобился более поздний выезд!
  Апартаменты настолько шикарные, что хотелось просто находится внутри и наслаждаться уютом и видом из панорамных окон 😍 Кровати, подушки, все отличное. Есть все необходимые приборы, даже чай. Теперь мы с уверенностью знаем, где будем останавливаться при каждом посещении Батуми! Ирма, спасибо вам за ваше гостеприимство ❤️

  Хорошая, большая, светлая квартира с видом на море. Расположение отличное, рядом молл, пляж, кафе. Машину можно оставить во дворе. В квартире есть всё необходимое.
  
  What could be improved: Есть дефекты на мебели, но это свойственно квартирам, которые сдают посуточно.
