You know what caught me off guard about Apartment Konstanta? I was expecting just another generic apartment rental in Batumi, but this place actually has some serious personality. It’s tucked away on Kobaladze Street – honestly, I had to use my phone’s GPS to find it the first time since it’s in this quiet residential area that most tourists never stumble across. The building itself looks pretty standard from the outside, but once you’re inside apartment 209, it feels like someone actually put thought into making this a proper four-star experience rather than just throwing some furniture together and calling it done.

The apartment has this really nice setup where you can see glimpses of the Black Sea from the windows if you crane your neck just right, and I mean, you’re still close enough to all the action in Batumi without dealing with the constant noise from the main tourist strips. What I really appreciated – and this might sound weird – was how quiet it gets at night. You’re far enough from the seaside clubs and restaurants that you can actually sleep with the windows open, which is huge during those muggy summer months. The kitchen is properly stocked too, not just the bare minimum you usually get. I ended up cooking a few meals there because, honestly, the local markets are fantastic and it felt nice to have a space where you could actually prepare decent food instead of eating out every single meal.

The whole experience just felt more… I don’t know, authentic? Like you’re staying in someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The host was incredibly responsive – I had a question about the washing machine (which, by the way, is a lifesaver if you’re staying more than a few days) and got a helpful answer within minutes. The check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t a nightmare like it can be in the city center, and honestly, for a place with a 9.7 rating, it lived up to the hype. I’ve stayed in plenty of places that promise the world and deliver cardboard walls and broken WiFi, but this one actually delivers on being a comfortable base for exploring the area. Plus, there’s something to be said for staying where the locals live rather than being stuck in the tourist bubble – you get a better sense of what Batumi is actually like beyond the casinos and boardwalk.

  Квартира ну очень хорошая! Супер! Фотографии не передают, когда зашли в квартиру то приятно удивились размерам. Отдыхали семьёй шесть человек всем места хватило запросто. Кондиционер справляется жарко в квартире вообще не было. Чистота от и до. Спасибо большое Юрию очень приветливый встретил на машине. Вообще никаких проблем не было.

  Номер действительно годен для большой семьи с детьми. Всё самое необходимое было. Стиральная машина, сушилка, микроволновка, электроплита, холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор….. Всегда хозяин на связи.
  3 этаж, что является хорошим бонусом- не нужно ждать лифт. 2 туалета и 2 душа, что очень хорошо для большой семьи. В общем ремонт и мебель не самая свежая, но аккуратная и рабочая – 7 из 10. Пляж – перешел дорогу и уже можно купаться и загорать.
  
  What could be improved: Так как номер 2 этажа, потолки не сильно высокие. Для людей 2 метра роста принимать душ не совсем комфортно.
  Летом в жару 30+ на 2 этаже душновато, так как кондиционер физически не может направить туда поток воздуха.
  Сковородки пора уже поменять.

  Хорошее расположение, не далеко от пляжа. До дельфинария 2км, до Али и Нино 4.7км. Работает лифт, хотя на второй этаж быстрее подняться по лестнице)
  Добродушный хозяин и ответственный управляющий.
  Удобная мебель, кухня, все в рабочем состоянии, хорошая отделка.

  Very good landlord. Honest, caring, understanding. Good and kind person. Hospitable. He met us, showed us the city, invited us to a cafe after the road. The location is wonderful. Near the sea, a convenience store and a pharmacy, as well as cafes and restaurants. We were satisfied and will be back again
