The lobby hits you with this modern vibe that doesn’t feel sterile – there’s real artwork on the walls and the staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests, not just going through the motions like at so many places in Batumi.

The four-star rating feels about right, maybe even a bit conservative honestly. My room was on the eighth floor and the view over the city was pretty spectacular, especially in the evening when all the lights start coming on. The beds are properly comfortable – I mean, I’m picky about mattresses and actually slept well, which doesn’t always happen when I travel. What I really appreciated was the attention to details that most hotels miss: decent water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, and outlets positioned where you can actually use them. The air conditioning worked quietly too, which matters more than you’d think during Batumi’s humid summers.

Location-wise, you’re about a ten-minute walk from the beach and the main tourist strip, but far enough away that you don’t hear drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM. There’s a little grocery store practically next door, and you can grab a taxi to the Old Town in maybe five minutes – though honestly, it’s walkable if you don’t mind the hills. The neighborhood feels safe and local, with actual Georgians living their lives rather than just tourist infrastructure. I watched families with kids playing in the small park across the street in the evenings, which gave me a better sense of real Batumi life. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving, but the hotel staff helped sort that out without making it feel like a huge favor. One thing that impressed me was how the front desk handled a mix-up with my booking – they fixed it quickly and threw in breakfast without me even asking. That kind of service feels genuine, not scripted. The breakfast itself was decent, mixing Georgian specialties with international options, though coffee lovers might want to find a proper café nearby. With a 9.5 rating from other guests, I can see why people keep coming back here.

  Great place to stay! One bedfoom apartment with large comphy bed, and sofa bed in ghe living room. Equippes with large fridge and washing machine. All you need for a nice vacation. Side sea view from doubke balcony. Construction works( not too actibe) are on the ground floors between buildings is ongoing, but it was not disturbing is at all.
