The three-star rating doesn’t really capture what this place offers because it’s not trying to be a fancy hotel with marble lobbies and uniformed staff. Instead, it’s got character – exposed brick in spots, really thoughtful lighting, and windows that actually open wide enough to let in that salty Batumi breeze.

What really sold me on this spot was the attention to practical details that most places completely miss. The kitchen has everything you’d actually want to use (not just a sad mini-fridge and broken coffee maker), the WiFi works even during those evening hours when half of Batumi’s internet seems to slow to a crawl, and there’s proper blackout curtains – which you’ll appreciate if you’re not used to how bright Georgian summers can be. The host left this little notebook with handwritten recommendations that were spot-on, including this wine bar called Vino Underground that I never would have found otherwise. Sure, you might hear your neighbors occasionally through the walls, and the building’s entrance could use some love, but that’s just authentic Batumi apartment living. Plus, that perfect rating from previous guests isn’t just inflated reviews – people genuinely seem to fall for this place’s unpretentious charm and the way it makes you feel like a temporary local rather than just another tourist passing through.

  Хорошие хозяева, прекрасно говорят на русском. Всегда на связи, все подскажут и покажут. Квартира замечательная, чистая и комфортная. Пляж в шаговой доступности, на пляже есть душ и переодевалки, очень удобно. Старый город с достопримечательности тоже близко. Отличное место для отдыха.
