  Приятная хозяйка квартиры. После бронирования сразу же связалась, объяснила как доехать и встретила у дома. Все объяснила, никаких проблем не возникло. В квартире есть все нужное. Отличный вид с балкона.

  3. Хозяйка Татьяна очень приятная, всегда на связи и готова помочь
  4. Район, где вокруг много магазинов, кафе, рядом крупный молл, пляж, бульвар, аквапарк.
  5. Если на машине, то есть место для парковки, плюс заезжаете по объездной дороге и минуете всю основную пробку по центральной улице
  6. Лифт свободный, часто будете одни в нем, даже в самый разгар сезона, как это было у меня
  7. Если на улице проливной дождь, а захотелось перекусить, на лифте можно спуститься в кафе, которое на первом этаже. Там есть и завтраки в том числе.
  8. Инструкции по заезду Вы получите в вотсаппе, с указанием локации
  9. Всё что нужно для жизни в апартаментах есть, абсолютно все, а не как обычно: есть стиральная машинка, но нет порошка, есть посуда, но нет моющего средства и губки. Здесь действительно есть все, включая фен, утюг, гладильную доску, набор посуды, бокалы и тп

  I had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner of the flat is a very kind and polite lady, truly down to earth and always ready to help. The flat itself was spotless, very clean, fresh bedding, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable. The sea view was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The place really has a homely vibe, and the building was clean with 24/7 security and reception and good enough elevators and last but not the least cafe ground floor for a delicious breakfast.

  Номер супер. В Батуми в 5 ый раз. Это лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Номер чистый, постельное белье и полотенца, шампунь и тапочки, даже лёд в морозильнике. Вообщем предусмотрено все для комфортного проживания. Парковка есть бесплатная во дворе. Балкончик с сушилкой для белья и с столиком за которым можно попить утром кофе с видом на море. Еще главный плюс хочу выделить для сравнения с другими Орби, это тишина на этажах и всегда доступный бесплатный лифт. В 6ой раз в Батуми приедим именно сюда. Хозяйка Татьяна создала все условия для хорошего отдыха. Спасибо вам большое.

  The owner is very sweet and responsible, I needed early check-in and late check-out and she accepted this without any problem.
