I mean, the lobby alone feels like something out of a luxury magazine, but in a good way, not sterile.

What really got me was stepping into the apartment itself – these aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms. The space actually breathes, you know? Floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Batumi like a living postcard, and honestly, I spent way too much time just staring out at the Black Sea coastline. The kitchen setup is legit too, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights and want to grab some fresh khachapuri from the local spots instead of eating out every meal. The whole D1 block has this modern vibe that somehow doesn’t feel cold – there’s actual character here, which is rare in newer developments.

Here’s the thing though – and this is coming from someone who’s walked every corner of this city – the location is just smart. You’re close enough to hear the energy of central Batumi when you want it, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the late-night party noise that can drive you crazy in some of the beachfront places. Getting to Boulevard is maybe a 10-minute walk, and there’s this little Georgian restaurant about three blocks down that locals actually go to (not just tourists). The building itself has good security without being intimidating, and parking was surprisingly straightforward – something I definitely don’t take for granted around here. I actually found myself recommending it to other travelers I met, which I rarely do. The attention to detail in these apartments, from the way the lighting works to how quiet the place stays even when it’s full, tells you someone actually thought about what it’s like to live in a space, not just pass through it.

  The one I had was on the 44th floor with perfect view in perfect condition and was excellent in cleanliness.

  Отдыхали с семьей в панорамном номере с видом на море. Очень чистые апартаменты, удобное местоположение, до моря 5 минут пешком. Владелец Лука был очень внимателен, встретил нас , помог припарковать машину и заселил лично. Обязательно вернемся к ним в следующую поездку в Батуми.

  Все было прекрасно, особенно чистота и вид. До этого смотрела апарты в другом блоке, там было все старое, а тут абсолютно новые и хозяин молодец, всем помогает.
