You know what really surprised me about Best in Batumi? It’s tucked away on Gorgiladze street, which honestly isn’t where you’d expect to find such a gem. I mean, most people gravitate toward the waterfront hotels, but this little three-star spot actually gives you a much more authentic feel for how locals live in Batumi. The street itself is tree-lined and residential – you’ll hear kids playing in courtyards and smell bread baking from nearby Georgian homes, which beats the constant hum of tourist buses any day.

The building has this sort of understated charm that grows on you. It’s not flashy like those massive resort complexes down by the Black Sea, but the rooms are surprisingly spacious and the beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses after too many nights on rock-hard hotel beds). What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – being off the main drag means you can actually sleep without earplugs, even though you’re still just a fifteen-minute walk from all the action on Rustaveli Avenue. The staff genuinely seemed to care too, not in that over-the-top fake way, but more like they wanted to make sure you knew where to get the best khachapuri in the neighborhood.

Here’s the thing that sold me on this place though – the location is actually perfect if you want to explore Batumi like someone who lives there, not just passing through. You’re close enough to walk to the botanical gardens without dealing with the cruise ship crowds, and there’s this little market just two blocks away where vendors will chat with you in broken English about their homemade churchkhela. The hotel itself might not have a fancy lobby with marble everything, but honestly, you’ll barely spend time there anyway. I found myself coming back each evening feeling like I’d discovered parts of the city that most tourists never see, and isn’t that worth way more than an overpriced minibar? Plus, with a 9.4 rating from other guests, it’s clear I’m not the only one who figured out this place is something special.

  Location’s very good, cleanliness was good too. Compartment as is seen on the pictures. I used bolt and satisfied, getting to Europe square costs 8-10 GEL.
  
  What could be improved: First, there was water shortage during my stay and second, couch bad wasn’t comfortable enough and third, stained blanket. You have to close to door and put the ac on otherwise it’s impossible to sleep even after that you hear outside noise, after a while since the ac working you feel you need cover yourself than you notice blanket is stained. These are what I did not like. And I should articulate it is almost impossible to park on side there isn’t enough space for most of the people but paid parking is possible across the street, overnight parking costed 26 GEL for 12-13 hours. Elevator always busy it’s very crowd building and building seems old.

  What could be improved: the elevators are sooo slow, you have to wait 20min to get out. Walking down a 19 floor appartement is not the alternative you want to do

  Mega czysto, mieszkanie miało wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy na wyposażeniu. Idealna miejscówka dla osób które przyjechały do Batumi pobawić się. do 2 w nocy muzyka jest tak głośna ze nie sposób spać chyba ze zatyczkami do uszu które są na wyposażeniu :). Centrum Batumi w pierwszej lini brzegowej. Jest parking !!! Co jest noe lada luksusem w Batumi. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, wszystko załatwione on line. Pani poleciła nam genialna restauracje w dobrych cenach. Polecam
  
  What could be improved: Głośna muzyka do 2 w nocy na co właściciel nie maja wpływu oczywiście. Ale spędzając czas z rodzina należy wziąć to pod uwagę .

  Для Батуми – отличный вариант: хорошее расположение, нет проблемы с ожиданием лифта как в Орби (подождать надо, но совсем не критично), в апартаментах всё чисто и солидно, есть всё необходимое. Есть парковка за шлагбаумом, но места на ней не было. 🙂 Опять же, не критично, т.к. припарковался неподалёку. Дружелюбная, приветливая хозяйка

  Это просто выше всех похвал! Мы приезжали поздно и заселение было бесконтактным, но всё прошло на 6 баллов из 5. Подробные инструкции и мы заселились. Мы настолько были довольны, что решили продлить своё пребывание на день. Очень уютно, чисто, продумано до мелочей (от прищепок для белья до карты города). Супруг сказал: тут даже полотенце так пахнет, что им хочется вытираться. А такую похвалу от него заслужить ой как не просто! Хозяйка внимательная, ответила на все вопросы и вообще была на связи. Близко ко всей движухе и к морю. Море в шаговой доступности. А закаты…..ребята, вам 100% сюда!
