The location on Pirosmani Street is what locals call a “sweet spot” – you’re in a proper residential building (корпус Д, if you’re looking for it), so you get that authentic Batumi neighborhood feel without being stuck way out in the suburbs. I mean, you can walk to the old town in about fifteen minutes, but you’re also close enough to hear the everyday rhythm of Georgian life around you. The apartment itself is on a higher floor, which honestly made me a bit nervous about the elevator situation at first, but it turned out fine – and the views from up there are actually pretty great, especially if you lean out the window a bit.

What really struck me was how thoughtfully everything was set up. The owner clearly knows what travelers actually need – there’s proper wifi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, the kitchen has real cooking supplies (not just a sad little coffee maker), and the bathroom has decent water pressure, which, let’s face it, can be hit or miss in this part of Georgia. The whole place feels like someone’s well-cared-for home rather than a sterile hotel room, if that makes sense. I particularly loved the little touches – good lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed, and windows that actually open properly for those warm Batumi evenings when you want the sea breeze flowing through.

The building itself has that solid Soviet-era construction, so it’s surprisingly quiet despite being in the city. I was worried about street noise, but Pirosmani isn’t one of those crazy busy throughways – it’s more of a lived-in street where you’ll hear kids playing in the courtyard and neighbors chatting, which I found oddly comforting. Plus, the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby wondering if anyone’s actually working. Just real communication with someone who genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay and knows the area well enough to give you actual useful recommendations, not just the standard tourist traps.

  Идеальные аппартаменты за свою цену. Было комфортно и работать, и отдыхать. Было чисто и имелись все необходимые вещи для аренды на пару дней/недель
  Общение с хостом Светланой тоже было отличным.
  Отдельно хочу отметить освещение в квартире – его не всегда хватает в апартаментах краткосрочной аренды, а тут было множество источников света)

  Чудові апартаменти з неймовірним видом на море! Розташування просто ідеальне – море зовсім поруч, а ввечері можна насолоджуватися заходом сонця прямо з балкона. В апартаментах чисто, затишно та є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку. Рекомендую!

  Все было отлично. Хорошая квартира, где есть все необходимое: фен, утюг, гладильная доска, горячая вода, посуда, кондиционер. Шикарный вид на море. Хозяйка очень хорошая и приятная.

  Мы остались очень довольны проживанием в апартаментах. Квартира была идеально чистой и ухоженной, что для нас очень важно. Все удобства были предоставлены: удобные кровати, полностью оборудованная кухня, чистые полотенца и постельное белье. Расположение также замечательное — всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Хозяйка была очень дружелюбна и гостеприимна, дала советы по местным достопримечательностям и ресторанам. В следующий раз, когда будем в Батуми, обязательно остановимся здесь снова!
