I stayed here in late September, and the neighborhood had this nice residential feel even with all the development happening around it. The street can get a bit busy during the day – construction trucks and such – but evenings are surprisingly quiet. What I appreciated most was having a proper kitchen in the apartment, which meant I could grab fresh produce from the nearby market and actually cook something decent instead of eating out every meal.

The apartments themselves are clean and modern, though I’ll be honest – the furniture feels a bit IKEA-generic. But the beds are comfortable, the WiFi actually works (crucial for me), and the bathrooms have good water pressure, which isn’t always a given in this part of the world. The staff speaks decent English, which helps, and check-in was straightforward. I think what makes this place work is that it attracts a mix of travelers – some families, some couples, a few business travelers – so it has this lived-in feel rather than that sterile hotel atmosphere. The building has decent security, and there’s parking available, though you might want to ask about that when you book since spaces seem limited. If you’re looking for that resort experience with pools and spa services, this isn’t it. But if you want a comfortable base to explore Batumi properly – both the seaside and the real city behind it – these apartments deliver exactly what they promise, just in a more authentic setting than you might expect.
