You know what? I walked past Beach Apartment about three times before I realized this was actually my hotel – it’s tucked into Sherif Khimshiashvili Street in such an unassuming way that you’d think it was just another residential building in Batumi. But honestly, that turned out to be one of its best features. While everyone else is dealing with the chaos of the main tourist strips, you’re literally five minutes from the beach but on this quiet side street where you can actually hear yourself think.

The three-star rating doesn’t tell the whole story here – I mean, sure, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy lobbies or concierge service, but the apartments themselves are surprisingly well-kept. Mine had this little kitchenette that actually worked (you’d be amazed how often that’s not the case), and the bathroom was recently renovated with decent water pressure. The beds are comfortable enough, though the pillows are a bit soft if you’re picky about that sort of thing. What really got me was stepping out onto the small balcony in the morning – you catch these glimpses of the Black Sea between the buildings, and there’s something about that salty air mixed with the smell of fresh khachapuri from the bakery downstairs that just makes you feel like you’re experiencing real Georgian coastal life, not some sanitized tourist version.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to explore Batumi properly. You’re close enough to walk to the Boulevard and all the main attractions, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowds stumbling around. There’s a little market about two blocks over where locals actually shop – great for grabbing fresh fruit or that Georgian wine that costs three times as much in the tourist areas. The woman who manages the property (I think her name was Nana?) speaks decent English and gave me this hand-drawn map with all these local spots marked on it. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’ve got a rental car – the street’s narrow and fills up quickly, but there’s usually something within a block or two. I’d definitely stay here again, especially considering what you pay versus what you get. It’s one of those places where the 9.4 rating actually makes sense once you’ve been there – not because it’s luxury, but because it does exactly what it promises without any pretense.

  В номере всё чисто, свежий ремонт, нет никаких посторонних запахов! Большая удобная кровать, спать одно удовольствие! Даже есть кресло-кровать для ребенка! На кухне вся необходимая посуда! Чистые полотенца.
  В двух минутах от моря! Рядом все магазины и кафе! Парковка платная, но можно поставить машину возле дома юстиции )
  WiFi работает отлично
  Хозяин доброжелательный и открытый, ответил на все вопросы и всегда на связи!

  What could be improved: No swimminh pool, not really part of the hotel just a private room in the hotel.

  Кроме достоинств современных апартаментов, точно соответствующих описанию, выделим оперативный контакт с владельцами практически сразу после бронирования и в момент заселения получили ответы на все вопросы. При проживании никаких проблем не возникло. Всё удобно, чисто, хорошее оснащение. Ни разу не было проблем с лифтом, очередей, так что высокий этаж – не проблема.

  Очень хорошие апартаменты, есть всё необходимое, кухонные приборы новые. Интернет хороший, на телевизоре работает YouTube. Кровать удобная, есть раскладное кресло для ребёнка. Если будем ещё раз в Батуми, вернемся в данные апартаменты. Рекомендуем

  Отличные апартаменты! Чистые, есть всё для комфортного время провождения.
  Шумоизоляция хорошая, по сравнению с другими комплексами в Батуми этот сильно отличается. Рекомендую и спасибо владельцу!

I especially want to highlight the excellent communication with the manager – he was always responsive, friendly, and ready to help with any questions. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with easy access to all major attractions and public transport. A very pleasant experience, highly recommended!

  Very nice and comfortable apartment located 3 minutes from the beach. There is everything needed for living (cooking facilities, hair dryer etc.) As well as there are plenty supermarkets and cafes around the building. I definitely recommend this apartment for solo travelers or couples to stay during vacation.

  As I am typing this review, no words come to my mind to describe how perfect this house was for me. The building is new, the house is newly renovated and furnished. There is everything you need for your stay: nice and clean sheets, kitchen appliances, great bathroom, comfortable bed and amazing balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. It is super easy to get the keys, the host is really polite and communicative. The location and the view from the balcony are awesome, as well. Definitely will come back for my next stay! 💚
