The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building – I know, revolutionary concept – and the beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you’ve been sleeping on a marshmallow for a week.

Here’s the thing about the location that most people don’t realize until they’re there: you’re close enough to hear the occasional hum from the main streets, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowd or constant traffic noise. It’s maybe a twelve-minute walk to the boulevard and the beach, fifteen tops if you’re dragging luggage.
