The thing about this three-star spot is that it punches above its weight in ways that matter. Sure, it’s an apartment-style setup rather than a traditional hotel, but that worked in my favor – I mean, having a proper kitchenette saved me from eating khachapuri for every single meal (though honestly, I probably still ate too much of it). The owner actually lives in the building, which sounds potentially awkward but turned out great because she knew exactly which marshrutka to catch to the botanical garden and warned me that the elevator gets a bit cranky during afternoon heat waves. Small details like that make such a difference when you’re trying to navigate a new city.

What really sold me on the place was how it felt lived-in rather than sterile – you get the sense that real thought went into making guests comfortable rather than just checking boxes. The 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works properly and the location gives you easy walking access to both the old town area and the newer beachfront developments. I’ll be honest, the street can get a bit lively in the evenings with locals heading out, but it dies down by around 11 PM, and if you’re the type who needs absolute silence, well… you probably shouldn’t be staying in the heart of a Georgian coastal city anyway. The building’s entrance is a little tricky to spot at first – look for the blue door next to the pharmacy – but once you’re settled in, you’ll appreciate being right in the mix of things without paying resort prices for the privilege.

  Прекрасное расположение, вид с балкона замечательный, все уютно и чисто.

  What could be improved: Много лишней и бесполезной мебели, которой загромождена квартира. Квартира и мебель в целом подуставшая. Кровать не для высоких людей, у мужа ноги упирались, поэтому сон был некомфортный

  Удобное расположение – менее 100 метров до пляжа Батуми. Это главный плюс данного объекта.

  What could be improved: Хозяин апартаментов не указал на каком этаже квартира. Оказалось на 7м этаже
  
  В отзывах говорилось об уютном балконе, но там оказалось просто залитая бетоном площадка без ограждения – опасно для детей. Ограда из цветов на 7м этаже не спасет от падения вниз.
  
  В ванной не было самой ванны. Просто слив воды (из за этого в ванной стоял запах канализации) Санузел смежный.
  
  Также в квартире чувствовался стойкий запах чего то старого…то ли вещей то ли мебели… Постельное белье также было с запахом старья (пришлось все самим перестирать)
  
  Большой минус – отсутствие микроволновки и электрочайника, зато есть духовой шкаф (в нем пришлось греть еду). Для семьи с маленькими детьми это неудобство.
  
  Шумная улица за окном – напротив парка аттракционов и центральной прибрежной улицы (до 2х часов ночи гул машин и крики грузин которые празднуют что то каждый день)

  Уютная квартирка с видом на море и этим всё сказано! Есть маленький балкон.
  Мы были тут в декабре, чудесная хозяйка предоставила два обогревателя, холодно не было.

  Прекрасное месторасположение – балкон, вид на море, рядом остановка автобуса 10 – ходит в аэропорт и на вокзал. Центр тоже близко – до всего можно дойти пешком.
  
  What could be improved: Если говорить о том, что можно было бы улучшить, то это сигнал wifi – не во всей квартире ловит. Но это мелочи.

  The location was super, right next to the beach, just as I wanted. The apartment had everything I needed for living. The owners were very friendly and kind.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was clean, but the bed and mattress were uncomfortable. There was also a smell of smoke. The air conditioning did not work properly.
