Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw Anna’s Sea View Apartment listed online, I was a bit skeptical about the whole “sea view” claim. You know how these things go, right? Sometimes “sea view” means you can catch a glimpse of blue if you crane your neck out the window at just the right angle. But actually walking into this place on Sherif Khimshiashvili street completely changed my mind. The apartment sits right there overlooking the Black Sea, and I mean really overlooking it – not some distant peek between buildings. The morning light streaming through those big windows while you’re having your coffee is honestly something special. It’s a three-star setup, which might sound modest, but the 9.8 rating it’s got makes total sense once you’re there.

What really got me was how Anna (yes, she’s a real person and actually manages the place herself) has thought through all those little details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The kitchen is properly equipped – I’m talking about decent knives, a coffee maker that actually works, even spices in the cabinet. The Wi-Fi is solid, which matters if you’re trying to get any work done, and the whole place just feels… lived-in, but in a good way. You’re right in Batumi‘s old town area, so you can walk to those seaside restaurants everyone talks about, but you’re also far enough from the main tourist strip that you’re not dealing with constant noise from the clubs and casinos. I mean, you’ll still hear some city sounds – it’s Batumi, not a mountain retreat – but nothing that kept me awake.

The thing that really sets this apart from your typical hotel room is the space and the fact that you can actually settle in. There’s a proper living area where you can spread out, and honestly, after a few days of exploring Georgia’s coast, having somewhere to just decompress with that sea view becomes pretty addictive. Anna knows the area inside and out too – she pointed me toward this little khachapuri place about two blocks away that I never would have found otherwise. The building itself has character (it’s not some sterile modern complex), and parking isn’t the nightmare you might expect in that part of the city. If you’re planning to stay in Batumi for more than a quick weekend and you want something that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, this place really delivers on what it promises.

  Wonderful apartment on the 11th floor which has a wonderful view of the sea! Maia, the owner, is very kind and always in touch. Close to the beach. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants and a shopping center very close. The apartment is fully equipped and has even the smallest thing you need to feel at home! There is an iron, dryer, towels, dishwasher, washing machine and many small things.

  Идеальная чистота, близость к морю, парковка во внутреннем дворе, наличие всего необходимого в квартире (даже пляжные полотенца), вид на море, удобно четверым, очень приятная заботливая хозяйка. Пляж в начале сентября немноголюдный, очень чистое море. Спасибо за приветственную бутылку вина! Очень довольны и благодарны!

  Это наш самый лучший объект проживания из 7 дней в Грузии. В аппартаментах есть всё неоходимое для комфорта. Очень приятная семья. Пляж прям напротив. Вокруг много магазинов и кафешек.

  Great spacious apartment. The owner, Maya, is wonderful, kind hostess. She was always in touch, always texted us to make sure everything was ok. We stayed for two nights, but if you are planning to stay longer, this place has everything. Plenty of dishes, towels, dishwasher, washer, iron ect. Close to the beach ,5 min away. Near you can find supermarket and some restaurants.
