The suites themselves are spacious in a way that feels rare for this part of Georgia. I mean, you’ve got room to actually unpack your suitcase without playing furniture Tetris. The sunrise views – well, they’re not kidding about the name. If you’re an early riser, grab a coffee and watch the sun come up over the Black Sea from your window. It’s one of those moments that makes you forget you’re checking work emails. The bathrooms are modern and clean, which sounds basic but trust me, it’s not always a given around here. Plus there’s solid water pressure, something I’ve learned not to take for granted after staying in older Georgian hotels. The air conditioning actually works too – crucial during those sticky summer months when Batumi gets pretty humid. Parking was straightforward, which is honestly a relief because navigating some of these narrow streets with a rental car can be a nightmare. The whole place has this calm, professional vibe that makes it feel like they’ve figured out the balance between being attentive and not hovering over you every five minutes.

  Great and friendly host. Very easy check in and check out. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a short stay in Batumi. Has beautiful view and perfect location in new Batumi. 5 mins walk to the beach. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, clubs. However, its not noisy and you can sleep well and feel rested. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again!
