I’ll be honest, when I first walked into Batumi Deluxe Apartments, I wasn’t expecting much from what looked like just another building on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street. But man, was I wrong. The lobby hits you with this sleek, modern vibe that actually feels more like a boutique hotel than your typical apartment setup – and that’s before you even get to your room. The staff at check-in were refreshingly straightforward, none of that overly rehearsed hotel speak you usually get.

What really got me was the attention to detail once I settled in. This is technically a five-star place, and you can feel it in ways that matter. The apartment I stayed in had this gorgeous view toward the Black Sea (ask for a higher floor if you can), and the kitchen was actually equipped with stuff you’d want to use – proper coffee maker, decent plates, even spices in the cabinet. You know what I mean? Most “apartment” stays give you the bare minimum, but these folks clearly think about what travelers actually need. The beds are properly comfortable too, which honestly surprised me since Georgian hotels can be hit or miss on that front. And the air conditioning – crucial during Batumi’s sticky summer months – works like a dream without sounding like a jet engine.

The location is pretty clever when you think about it. Sherif Khimshiashvili Street puts you close enough to Batumi’s main action without being right in the thick of the tourist chaos around the boulevard. It’s maybe a 10-minute walk to the beach and the main pedestrian area, but you’re tucked away enough that you won’t hear drunk tourists singing at 2 AM (been there, suffered through that at other places). There’s actually a decent Georgian restaurant just around the corner that locals frequent – always a good sign. The building has its own parking situation sorted, which is honestly a relief if you’re driving in Batumi because street parking can be… well, let’s call it an adventure. I mean, the whole setup just feels thoughtfully planned rather than thrown together to maximize bookings, which is refreshing in a city where tourism has exploded over the past few years.

  Все очень понравилось.Чисто,уютно все по домашнему).Вид с балкона потрясающий.Само здание Allince Palace-одно из самых красивых в Батуми и мне очень повезло что я остановилась именно тут в апартаментах Sunshine.Спасибо за прием,буду рекомендовать своим друзьям и близким.

  What could be improved: للاسف جداً المضيف سيئ التعامل لايوجد مواقف سيارات متاح والموقع جدً مزدحم مع العلم اثناء الحجز متوفر موقف سيارات مجاناً خاصة بالشقق ثانياً لم يتم تنظيف الشقة اثناء اقامتي وتم طلب مبلغ اظافي مقابل التنظيف الغرفة جداً صغيرة النت ضعيف مرره لم يتوفر قهوة وشاي مرافق الفندق ما استفدنا منها من الازدحام

  Бронировал для родителей. Им очень понравились аппартаменты, хотя они у меня те ещё привереды 🙂 Есть вообще всё, мебель и техника новая и современная. Впечатляющий вид с балкона. Сказали даже, что реальность превзошла ожидания 👍
