I’ll be honest – when I first approached Batumi Seaside Dreams on Agmashenebeli Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a third-floor apartment conversion. But you know what? This little three-star gem completely charmed me, and I can understand why it’s maintaining that impressive 9.8 rating.

The thing about staying in Batumi is that location really makes or breaks your experience, and this place gets it right. You’re right in the heart of the old town on one of those delightful cobblestone streets that actually feels authentically Georgian – not touristy fake. I mean, you can reach the seaside in maybe three minutes, but more importantly, you’re surrounded by those incredible local wine bars and family-run restaurants that tourists usually miss entirely. The apartment itself is on the third floor (no elevator, just so you know), but honestly, after a few days of exploring Batumi’s hills, those stairs become nothing.

What really impressed me about this place was how thoughtfully it’s arranged. The owner clearly understands what travelers actually need – there’s proper blackout curtains because those summer nights in Batumi stay bright forever, reliable WiFi that actually works for video calls, and a kitchen that’s equipped well enough to handle those gorgeous tomatoes and herbs you’ll inevitably pick up at the local market. The apartment feels like someone’s well-loved home rather than a sterile hotel room, which I actually prefer. You’ll hear some street noise in the evenings – Agmashenebeli comes alive after dark with locals heading to dinner – but it’s the good kind of city sounds that make you feel connected to the place. The bathroom’s compact but modern, and there’s this little balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee while watching the neighborhood wake up. I spent way too many mornings out there just people-watching and planning my day. If you’re the type who needs a big hotel lobby and room service, this isn’t your spot. But if you want to feel like you’re actually living in Batumi for a few days, with easy access to both the beach scene and the authentic local culture, it’s pretty much perfect.

Если чего-то не хватает всегда можно обратиться к хозяевам. Есть парковка со свободными местами, что важно для этого района Батуми. С удовольствием остановимся здесь еще раз. Рекомендуем!
