  The flat is on the 20th floor of a 28-storey building. It is a new building. The items are new and useful. The refrigerator is big and useful. The washing machine is excellent. The host is very kind and helpful. He provided us with everything we needed. The balcony is very large and there is also a comfortable armchair. The apartment is within walking distance of Batumi Sport Place. You can also walk to the sea. Taxi fares in Batumi are reasonable. We were very pleased with our stay. Thanks.
