  Соответствует описанию. Месторасположение отличное, в старом городе. Все достопримечательности в пешей (5-15 мин) доступности. На первом этаже дома круглосуточный магазин с хорошим ассортиментом и ценами. Кватира удобная для проживания. Заселение безконтактное в удобное время (мы заселялись в первом часу ночи по инструкции, которую направили за сутки до). Море близко, путь к морю по историческим улочкам через площадь Европы. Пляж не загружен отдыхающими.
  
  What could be improved: Когда идет дождь или у соседей капает вода из кондиционера, вода попадает на поликарботат под балконом, мешает спать. Хотя привыкаешь на вторую ночь. Я думаю, что хозяева об этом не подозревают и почитав отзыв устранят.

  This is a very comfortable apartment for a summer stay in Batumi. Excellent location in the old city center. Very quiet place despite the central location. The host gave clear instructions to check-in and check-out and was in touch. The apartment has a nice interior and is also clean, modern and convenient. Capsules for the washing machine were a pleasant bonus as a part of the best service.

  Очень понравились аппартаменты. Прекрасное расположение. Рядом кондитерская (Дона), кафе с демократичными ценами (Эллада) и аутентичные рестораны (например Alaverdi), круглосуточный магазин, прилавки с овощами. До моря идти минут 15 не очень интенсивным шагом.
  
  В аппаратаментах было всё что могло понадобится. Очень порадовали такие мелочи как средство и губка для мытья посуды, соль и сахар, шампунь и гель для душа. В аппаратаментах отличный кондиционер и холодильник. Большой smart TV.
  
  Во время проживания у нас возникла небольшая проблема. Хозяева быстро помогли с решением.

  Квартира отличная, в самом центре старого города. Путешествуем на авто, поэтому парковка рядом и бесконтактное заселение для нас оч важно. Магазин продуктов в соседнем доме круглосуточный. В квартире очень чисто, все работает, все необходимое есть – постельное белье, достаточное количество полотенец, посуда, чай, кофе, шампунь, гель для душа и даже капсулы для стирки белья! Окна во двор. Балкон просторный и он на теневой стороне, это дополнительный плюс. Рядом Пьяцца, площадь Европы, множество кафе и ресторанов. до моря 10 минут по красивой улице. В Батуми не первый раз, очень довольны размещением и с удовольствием вернемся! Спасибо за гостеприимство

  The apartment is very good. It is quite cosy. And there is everything you need for comfortable stay in Batumi. Location is nice and there is a 24/7 shop next to the apartment, and also a lot of cafes and restaurants not far from the apartment. The host is very helpful. I definitely will recommend this apartment if you want to spend a good time in Batumi.

  We had a wonderful 3-week stay here! We arrived when it was warm, but as the weather cooled, the hosts proactively sent us instructions on how to turn on the heating—though the apartment stayed cozy on its own, they had already thought of everything. During a power outage, they sent us clear instructions on connecting to a gas heater, even before we woke up! The place was spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The internet was highly stable, and the hosts were always quick to respond. Highly recommended for a peaceful and well-cared-for experience!
