The thing about this four-star property is that it really gets the whole “residence” concept right. I mean, these aren’t cramped hotel rooms with tiny desks and awkward lighting – we’re talking proper apartments with kitchens that you’d actually want to cook in. The one I stayed in had this great little balcony where I could watch the morning chaos on the street below (in the best way possible), and the whole space just felt… well, livable. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout – I was working from the couch most mornings and never had issues. What really impressed me was the attention to details you don’t always get in apartment hotels: good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually block light, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking – the location is fantastic for walking to the old town area, but you’re also close enough to the newer parts of Batumi that you’re not stuck in tourist-land constantly. There’s this great little bakery about two blocks down that locals actually go to (not just a tourist trap), and the beach access is reasonable without being right in the middle of all the summer madness. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work – they helped me sort out a SIM card situation and gave me actual useful restaurant recommendations, not just the expensive places that probably give them kickbacks. Parking can be a bit tricky during busy season, but honestly, that’s pretty much anywhere in this part of the city. If you’re looking for something that feels more like having your own place rather than just another hotel room, and you want to be properly positioned to explore Batumi without feeling isolated, this place delivers on that promise.

  Такой хозяин — редкость. Постоянно на связи, помогал абсолютно во всём: от бытовых мелочей до рекомендаций, где поесть, что посмотреть, как всё организовать. Такое ощущение, что приехал не в апартаменты, а в гости к родным людям. Забота, внимание, доброта — на высшем уровне.
