  Очень понравилось, в квартире всё есть, парковка под окном, море буквально напротив, во дворе обменник, магазин, кафе,недалеко торговый центр, много ресторанов в пешей доступности.
  Очень вежливый и приятный хозяин, всё показал, объяснил, обязательно приедем ещё.

  Квартира соответствует фотографиям. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Напротив аквапарк и проход к морю. Рядом магазины, кафе. Ао дворе есть парковка со шлагбаумом, что для нас было важно т.к. мы путешествовали на машине. Хозяин квартиры очень приятный и доброжелательный человек. Встретил нас, показал где находиятся обменники с выгодным курсом, магазины и кафе. Посоветовал какие экскурсии можно посетить, куда можно съездить на своей машине и чтобы у нас осталось хорошее впечатление предложил свои услуги гида. Мы с удовольствием воспользовались предложением и остались очень довольны!

  I liked everything. The owner is very nice and kind. The location of the apartment is great and close to everything. Everything is present and clean. The building is quiet and there is no disturbance, an experience worth repeating. I recommend it to everyone.

  Owner was super helfpul, came to pick up us, when we couldn't find it. Easy to deal with him. Clean apartment in a good conditon. Comfy beds.
  
  What could be improved: The Neighbourhood looks like from Lunik IX. Slovak will know🫣. Apartment was clean, spacious and exactly like on pictures, so no complaints. Staircase was dark and not in a good condition.

  The flat is nice. From the bedroom the view is for sea.
  Nearly are resturants, shops, pharmacy.
  To get to the center you can go around 40 minutes walk near the beach.
