The location really grew on me the more I explored. Shartava Avenue isn’t the main tourist drag, which honestly works in your favor – you get a more authentic feel for how locals move through the city, plus easier access to those family-run restaurants that don’t have English menus but serve incredible food. I’d walk down to the botanical garden area in maybe fifteen minutes, or head toward the old town when I wanted that classic Batumi energy. The building itself is solid (you don’t get that shaky feeling some older structures have), and the neighbors seem to be a mix of locals and longer-term visitors, so there’s this calm residential vibe that I really appreciated after long days of sightseeing. What impressed me most was the attention to detail – proper blackout options for those summer sunrises that come way too early, good water pressure, reliable wifi that actually worked for video calls. You know what really sealed it for me though? The way the evening light hits the apartment around sunset, especially if you’re sitting with a glass of Georgian wine after a day exploring the city. It’s one of those moments that makes you think you might be getting the better end of the deal.

  The apartment is new, very comfortable and modern. The host is very kind, ready to help with anything needed.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located in an unfinished building, construction works are in progress all around, machines are heard all day, there is a lot of dust on the terrace. The storm goes out occasionally because of the works.

  Прекрасное расположение квартиры, недалеко от набережной. В квартире не слышно шума от дороги и набережной. Квартира находится в новом доме. На этаже ещё мало кто живёт. Но пусть вас это не пугает. Это скорее преимущество. Лифт приезжает моментально, не перегружен. В квартире есть всё необходимое. Стиральная машина находится на балконе, на фото её не видно, но она есть. Через дорогу магазин экомаркет, в нем есть и бытовая химия и продукты. Чуть подальше магазин Spar он круглосуточный. Вода идёт в квартире без перебойно, стоит водонагреватель, нам на троих с ребёнком хватало. Мы брали с собой таблетки для посудомойка, то что есть посудомоечная машина очень помогает. Мы прилетели раньше срока заселения, нам пошли на встречу. Диван в гостиной раскладывается, примерно как полуторная кровать, у нас спал ребёнок было комфортно. Взрослому одному тоже будет комфортно.
  
  What could be improved: Слегка скрипит входная дверь при открытии, наверное хозяин исправит, мы не просили нас не напрягает.

  Удобная, уютная, комфортная квартира. Все полностью соответсвует описанию. В квартире есть все самое необходимое, новый ремонт, чисто, отличное местоположение. Рядом море и магазины. Хозяин квартиры всегда на связи. Рекомендую для остановки.

  Все понравилось. Квартира и все, чем она оборудована выше всяких похвал. Есть все что необходимо и даже больше(посудомоечной машиной не пользовались).Мебель, белье и прочее, придраться не к чему. В каждой комнате кондиционер, роскошный балкон.Вид конечно на стройку, но меня это не смущает, вообще ни разу! Неизвестно что лучше, когда был бы заселен дом напротив?. Расположение великолепно. До пляжа не быстрым шагом не более 10мин. По дороге на пляж/с пляжа мы имеем: два кафе(не посещал),в одном доме- столовая!!!(широчайший выбор, вкусно, очень недорого, пакуют с собой), пекарня,два магазина. Затем мини рынок плодоовощной, шаурма/гриль/пиво в разлив, винный магазин.Если идти в другую сторону от пляжа, то 6-7 минут и большой супермаркет Black Sea. Автобусные остановки тоже рядом, транспорт ходит нормально. Отдыхом очень доволен. Нисколько не приукрасив, ставлю 5звезд!!!(10/10). Спасибо хозяину!!!
  
  What could be improved: В гостиной-столовой на один выключатель 4 светильника. Я бы сделал двойной выключатель, иногда много света. Хотя можно воспользоваться и лед-подсветкой кухни или светильником возле двери. Ну, даже и не знаю… что можно улучшить еще?!.. Лучшее – враг хорошего!!!

  Excellent, clean apartment in a new building. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. Good location. Responsive owner. All household appliances and furniture are new. The apartment is located on the 13th floor out of 36. The balcony faces the courtyard, so it is quite quiet. I recommend ….
  
  What could be improved: Since the house is completely new, renovations are still ongoing in some apartments. And you can hear it sometimes. The pool in the house is not yet finished, but you can use the pool and SPA in the house opposite . There is currently only one elevator in the building. But this does not overshadow the overall review of the apartment.
