I’ve walked past this spot dozens of times, and the location is honestly unbeatable if you want to be in the thick of things in Batumi. Rustaveli Avenue is where everything happens – you’ve got the seaside boulevard just a two-minute walk away, all the decent restaurants and cafes within stumbling distance, and the old town charm mixed with that slightly chaotic Georgian energy that makes this city so addictive. The building itself has that Soviet-era bones thing going on, but they’ve done enough updates that it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a time capsule. The apartments are surprisingly spacious – I mean, compared to what you’d get for the same money in most Black Sea destinations, you’re doing pretty well here.

What really struck me about staying here was how quiet it manages to be despite being on such a busy street. The windows are decent quality, and honestly, the Sheraton across the way acts like a buffer for some of the traffic noise. You’ll still hear the city – this is Batumi, after all, not some mountain retreat – but it’s not the kind of noise that keeps you up unless you’re really sensitive to that stuff. The apartments come with proper kitchens, which is clutch because Georgian restaurant portions are no joke and sometimes you just want to grab some khachapuri from the bakery downstairs and eat it like a normal human being. Speaking of which, there’s this little family-run place on the ground floor that does the best adjarian khachapuri I’ve had outside of someone’s grandmother’s kitchen – the owners are super friendly and will definitely remember you after day two. The whole setup feels more like you’re staying in a neighborhood than just passing through as a tourist, especially since you’ll see the same faces at the local shops and cafes. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak season, but honestly, that’s true for most of central Batumi, and you’re close enough to everything that you probably won’t need a car much anyway.

  საუკეთესო ლოკაციაა! ფეხით ყველგან 5-10წუთში ხარ. ბინა მოწესრიგებულია ასე თუ ისე, პრობლემები არ ყოფილა. წყალი და ხილი დამახვედრეს მაცივარში, რაც ძალიან სასიამოვნო იყო. სამზარეულოში ყველა ნივთია, რაც გჭირდება მოსამზადებლად. კორპუსის ძირში არის 24 საათიანი სპარი, რაც ხმაურსაც იწვევს თუმცა

  The location is perfect, in the very center, close to many attractions. The apartment was tidy, clean, cool and spatious. There's a huge living room, bedroom and quite nice bathroom with great lighting. The balcony and its view are a nice bonus to the welcoming and super-nice hosts who were very accommodating and attentive.
