The neighborhood has this nice residential feel during the day, and there are some solid local spots nearby that most tourists never discover.

The room itself exceeded my expectations — and I’m usually pretty picky about these things. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, with this contemporary design that doesn’t try too hard to be trendy. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms are spacious with good water pressure. What really impressed me was the attention to lighting — they’ve got it figured out so you’re not squinting to read or sitting in some harsh fluorescent nightmare.

Breakfast and Practical Perks

The breakfast buffet is honestly one of the better ones I’ve had in Georgia. They’ve got a good mix of local and international options, and everything tastes fresh — not like it’s been sitting under heat lamps for hours. The coffee is actually decent too, which isn’t something you can take for granted. Plus, there’s free parking on site, which might not sound exciting but trust me, if you’re driving in Batumi, you’ll appreciate not having to hunt for a spot or pay through the nose for it.

  Отличные апартаменты у моря с потрясающим видом! Все фотографии полностью соответствуют действительности. Мы жили втроём (взрослые) и разместились очень комфортно.
  
  В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания: стиральная машина, микроволновка, фен, утюг и прочие удобства. Чувствуешь себя как дома.
  
  Расположение апартаментов — просто отличное! Подальше от городской суеты, что позволяет в полной мере насладиться отдыхом. Яндекс такси до старого центра 5 – 7 лари.
  
  Аэропорт находится рядом, но рейсов в день не так много, поэтому никакого дискомфорта нет — наоборот, удобно для приезда и отъезда.
  
  Кстати, если пройтись до взлётно-посадочной полосы, можно сделать очень клёвые фото с пролетающими прямо над головой самолётами — настоящая изюминка этого места.
  
  Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина — всегда на связи, очень внимательный и готов помочь по любым вопросам.
  
  И да, Орби Сити даже рядом не стояли! 😉

  I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The flat was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The sea view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, with everything you need within easy reach.
  
  A special thank you to Archili, the owner, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. He made sure everything went smoothly and was always available if I had any questions. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

  Все чисто, аккуратно, а вид из окна просто шикарен!
  С балкона можно наблюдать как садятся и взлетают самолеты, зрелище ух!

  Останавливались в этой квартире и остались более чем довольны! Всё соответствует описанию и даже лучше. Квартира чистая, уютная, современно обставлена — есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень порадовало местоположение — до пляжа 2 минуты пешком, рядом кафе, супермаркеты, аптеки, остановки. Всё под рукой. Район спокойный и безопасный.
  Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина — отзывчивый, заселил нас даже чуть раньше, был готов встретить нас и в 5 утра, и в 8 утра, всегда на связи, помог с заселением, посоветовал, куда сходить и что попробовать. Было ощущение, что нас ждали и действительно заботятся о комфорте гостей))
  Жить в этой квартире было приятно, уютно и спокойно. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова! Рекомендуем всем, кто ценит комфорт, чистоту и заботу.

  Заезжали с семьёй на один день, но захотелось остаться надолго…
  
  Один вид из окна – на миллион – закаты, шум моря… Рядом много магазинов, красивыx кафешек со вкусной едой. В апартаментах есть всё, что нужно для прекрасного отдыха. Отдельное спасибо гостеприимному хозяину Арчили за комфорт и советы по местам. Будем рады приехать ещё раз!
