The location on Akhmeteli Street is one of those things that sounds random until you realize how perfect it is. You’re close enough to Batumi’s main action that you can walk to the Boulevard and all those waterfront restaurants, but far enough up the hill that you escape the constant stream of tourists and late-night party noise that can drive you crazy in the city center. The sea views – and trust me, they’re real views, not some sliver you glimpse if you crane your neck – make mornings actually enjoyable. There’s something about having coffee while looking out over the Black Sea that just hits different, especially when you can see the whole coastline stretching toward Turkey on clear days.

What I really appreciated was how the apartment felt like, well, an actual apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen setup meant I could grab fresh produce from the local markets (there’s a great one about ten minutes walk away) and actually cook decent meals, which honestly saved me a fortune since Batumi restaurant prices can add up fast during peak summer season. The Wi-Fi worked properly – I know that sounds basic, but you’d be amazed how many places in Georgia still struggle with this – and the hot water was consistent, which again, not always a given in older buildings around here. The building itself is nothing fancy, but it’s solid and quiet, and parking wasn’t the nightmare I expected it to be. I did notice the elevator can be a bit temperamental, but hey, that’s character, right? Plus the climb gives you an excuse to work off all that khachapuri. The hosts were genuinely helpful too – not hovering, but available when you needed them, and they actually knew useful stuff about the area rather than just pointing you toward the most touristy spots.

  Отличное расположение аппартаментов.Шикарный вид.Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.Квартира на 5 с минусом маленьким .были недочеты,но быстро решались хозяевами.9 этаж.есть кондиционер и отопление.Стоит котёл.Вобщем есть всё для удобного отпуска.2 полноценные спальни,зал,отдельная кухня и прихожая.По площади и цене квартира входит в 1% лучшего жилья батуми.по ремонту в 30% а по расположению равных нет.
  
  What could be improved: Один раз сломались оба лифта и пришлось подниматься пешком,а так минимум один лифт постоянно работает.Лифт бесплатный.Поскрипывала одна кровать,но это больше придирка.Не работал свет в прихожей,но тут в принципе у нас времени небыло впустить ремонтника.И на этом в принципе всё.

  Die Wohnung liegt in der besten Lage der Stadt. Direkt vom Balkon sieht man die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Batumi und erreicht die in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Drei große Zimmer, eine moderne Küche, zwei Balkonen.
  Die Gastgeber sind mehr als nur freundlich, es wird sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn man was fragt. Es wird immer Hilfe angeboten, in allen Aspekten, die manchmal gar nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun haben. Solche herzliche Menschen, die so mit ihren Gästen umgehen, habe ich noch nie erlebt.
