There’s a proper kitchen with everything you’d need if you want to grab fresh produce from the local markets (and trust me, the tomatoes here are incredible). I mean, you’re not going to be cooking elaborate meals, but having the option to make coffee exactly how you like it or store some wine for evening drinks on the balcony — that’s the kind of flexibility that makes a difference. The living area flows naturally into the bedroom space, and honestly, the sea views from both areas never get old.

Here’s what I love about this spot in Batumi — you’re close enough to everything that matters, but far enough from the main tourist chaos to actually relax. Akhmeteli Street puts you within walking distance of the Boulevard (Batumi’s famous seaside promenade), but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds of the central hotels. The neighborhood has this authentic Georgian feel where you’ll see locals going about their daily lives, small corner shops, and family-run cafes that don’t appear in guidebooks. It’s maybe a 10-minute walk to reach the main action, which is perfect when you want options but also want to escape back to your quiet retreat.

Daily Rhythms

Mornings here are something special — I’d wake up, make coffee in the kitchen, and sit on the balcony watching fishing boats head out while the city slowly comes alive. The sea views change throughout the day, from soft morning light to dramatic sunset colors that honestly make you stop whatever you’re doing. Evenings, you can walk down to the Boulevard for dinner, maybe try some khachapuri at one of the local spots, then come back to your own space instead of cramming into a tiny hotel room.   Отличное расположение аппартаментов.Шикарный вид.Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.Квартира на 5 с минусом маленьким .были недочеты,но быстро решались хозяевами.9 этаж.есть кондиционер и отопление.Стоит котёл.Вобщем есть всё для удобного отпуска.2 полноценные спальни,зал,отдельная кухня и прихожая.По площади и цене квартира входит в 1% лучшего жилья батуми.по ремонту в 30% а по расположению равных нет.
  
  What could be improved: Один раз сломались оба лифта и пришлось подниматься пешком,а так минимум один лифт постоянно работает.Лифт бесплатный.Поскрипывала одна кровать,но это больше придирка.Не работал свет в прихожей,но тут в принципе у нас времени небыло впустить ремонтника.И на этом в принципе всё.

  Die Wohnung liegt in der besten Lage der Stadt. Direkt vom Balkon sieht man die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Batumi und erreicht die in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Drei große Zimmer, eine moderne Küche, zwei Balkonen.
  Die Gastgeber sind mehr als nur freundlich, es wird sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn man was fragt. Es wird immer Hilfe angeboten, in allen Aspekten, die manchmal gar nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun haben. Solche herzliche Menschen, die so mit ihren Gästen umgehen, habe ich noch nie erlebt.
