  Хорошая, просторная квартира. Мы были зимой, поэтому нам важно было отопление, тут оно есть. Прекрасный район старого Батуми, все в 5 минутной доступности.
  Хорошие хозяева квартиры, не беспокоили.
  Посудомоечная машина есть, что для нас очень важно.

  Отличная квартира. Удобное месторасположение. Самое главное , что тёплая. Есть два балкона. В квартире всё есть: плита, посуда, микроволновка, стиральная машина, телевизор с большим количеством каналов. Чистое постельное белье, полотенца. Даже нас угостили бутылкой домашнего вина. Полная ваза мандаринов. Хозяйка очень приятная, говорит на русском языке. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!!!
