Sherif Khimshiashvili Street itself is quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open – something I really appreciated during those warm Georgian nights when the sea breeze feels amazing. The Orbi City complex around it has this sort of planned community feel, with plenty of cafés and small shops within walking distance. I mean, there’s even a decent supermarket practically next door, which is gold when you’re staying in an apartment-style setup and want to grab some of those incredible Georgian cheeses or fresh khachapuri for breakfast.

What really won me over, though, was how the apartments are set up. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms – they’re actual living spaces with proper kitchenettes that work, comfortable seating areas, and honestly, better Wi-Fi than half the luxury places I’ve stayed at along the Black Sea coast. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing too; check-in was smooth, and when I had a minor issue with the air conditioning (it was more user error than anything), someone was up to help within minutes. The whole place has this relaxed, residential feel that makes you settle in quickly – you’re not constantly reminded that you’re just passing through. And here’s something that matters more than you might think: the water pressure is excellent, and the hot water actually stays hot, which isn’t always a given in this part of the world. Plus, from some of the upper floor units, you can catch glimpses of the mountains on clear days, though I wouldn’t book specifically for the views. The real charm is in how easy everything feels once you’re there – close enough to walk into central Batumi when you want that seaside energy, but far enough away that you can retreat to something that feels almost like a temporary home base rather than just another hotel room.

  Location was perfect. The view from the windows was fantastic. The apartment was clean and had all facilities for living, including a washing machine, iron, fridge, etc. The building has a cafe that operates 24 hours. There were no problems with the elevators, but we stayed in June, which is only the start of the season.

  Все оперативно все хорошо во время встретили разместили надежный номер , делали бронь в орби сити у других сейчас очень много подменных контактов и недобросовестных людей , люди едут за 1000 км а они даже трубку не берут , будьте аккуратнее, в сезон ожидаемо большие очереди у лифта , во основном все отлично 🕊️
