I mean, the four-star rating makes sense when you’re dealing with actual apartment living rather than cramped hotel rooms. The space feels generous, and there’s something satisfying about having a proper dining table and a couch that isn’t bolted to the floor.

The neighborhood itself is where this place really shines – you’re walking distance from the old town’s cobblestone streets, but you can also easily reach the modern part with all the glitzy casinos and that famous alphabet tower everyone photographs. What I appreciated most was being able to walk to the local markets in the morning for fresh khachapuri without fighting through crowds of tour groups. The street gets some traffic during the day, but it dies down in the evenings, and the windows do a decent job of keeping things quiet. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which anyone who’s driven in Georgian cities will appreciate. The 9.1 rating from other guests makes total sense once you spend a night there – it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it delivers exactly what you need without any unpleasant surprises. You’ll find yourself lingering over morning coffee on the balcony, watching the city wake up, which is honestly worth the price alone.

  Великолепный вид с балкона на море.
  Прямо в корпусе есть ресторанчик и круглосуточный продуктовый магазин.
  Бесплатный бассейн работает с 9-00 до 22-00.

  Самые лучшие апартаменты Батуми. Комплекс потрясающий , огромным бассейном во дворе. Квартира чистая просторная, все необходимое для комфорта есть. На территории есть магазины, кафе. Море через дорогу.
  
  What could be improved: Все было отлично кроме кресла кровати, на нем просто невозможно спать, очень маленькое, узкое и ужасно жёсткое. Пришлось спать в троем с подростком на 2 спальной кровати. В ванной протекает душевая кабина, даже при закрытой двери, вода вся текла наружу.

  Думаю это одни из лучших апартаментов в Батуми!Внизу большой бассейн с графиком работы до 22.00,через дорогу и красивый парк замечательный пляж с этим Батумским колоритом-огромными и удобными камнями…Апартаменты чистые,свеженькие,со всеми необходимыми радостями:кондиционер,стиралка,фен,сушилка для белья,телевизор с рабочим интернетом …..Словом,очень комфортно …Роман очень внимательный и доброжелательный,все пожелания исполнялись быстро и честно…Во дворе своя инфраструктура:магазины,кафе и рестораны,кстати,очень даже неплохие.Я ,однозначно,буду советовать их всем знакомым..
