Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Apartment Natalia Sea Towers, I wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment-style place in Batumi. But walking into this four-star setup on Sherif Khimshiashvili street, I was genuinely impressed. The building itself has that modern feel you want when you’re dealing with Georgian coastal weather, and being on the fifth floor means you actually get some decent views without feeling like you’re stuck in a cave. The elevator works reliably too, which honestly isn’t something you can take for granted everywhere in Batumi.

What really got me was how much space you actually have here – I mean, it’s a proper apartment, not some cramped hotel room where you’re tripping over your suitcase every five minutes. The kitchen setup is legit functional, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with kids who need their specific snacks. You know what’s nice? The windows are solid, so you don’t get all the street noise that can drive you crazy in some parts of the city. That 9.3 rating makes sense when you’re actually staying there – the place feels well-maintained without being sterile, if that makes sense.

The location works really well if you want to be in Batumi proper but not right in the absolute chaos of the main tourist strips. Sherif Khimshiashvili isn’t one of those streets where you’ve got tour groups wandering around at all hours, but you’re still close enough to walk to the good restaurants and the beach areas without needing taxis constantly. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer months – just something to keep in mind if you’re driving. The building has this comfortable residential vibe that actually lets you relax, which is what you want after spending days exploring the botanical gardens or dealing with the crowds at Batumi Boulevard. I stayed there during shoulder season and it was perfectly quiet, though I imagine July and August get busier with families. The whole setup just feels more like staying in someone’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel experience, which some people love and others might find too low-key – depends what you’re after, really.

  What could be improved: . They changed my room after i book specific one, they told me it’s not available, they give me bigger room, and when i wanted to extend my stay they asked for extra 20 lari for one night.
  . They wanted me to clean the room and remove the trash even that i paid extra money for the cleaning fee 50 lari.

  Apartment Natalia Sea Towers is large, clean and very comfortable. It's located in a bit of a not-so-nice neighbourhood. But it’s no problem. We went for long walks along the sea. I recommend it ☺️

  Good localisation, great view from the windo, clean and nice apartament. Owner very helpful, there were no problems with getting keys even when we arrived several hours later than planed. Highly recommended.
