• Небольшая квартира с очень удачным распложением и приятным видом из окна – Itonych from Serbia – August 28, 2025 (9/10)

  Расположение в центре старого города, рядом турецкий квартал, на 1 этаже магазин SPAR который работает круглосуточно, до пляжа за башней алфавит пешком минут 15-20, пляж классный.
  Кондеем не пришлось пользоваться – в квартире достаточно прохладно.
  Есть стиральная машина, микроволновка и минимум посуды – что-то можно приготовить.

  What could be improved: Так и не разобрался как включается тропик в душевой, душ из водонагревателя – напор не очень сильный и горячая вода достаточно быстро заканчивается, если вы не один то надо торопиться чтобы хватило на двоих
  Напротив дома мечеть, в 4 утра может помешать спать если окна открыты.

  What could be improved: Phone number provided for check in does not work, so check in caused problems and took time. Apartment was not clean. Also there was problems with internet and owner gixed it only 3 days before departure. Communication with owner was difficult as till now the answer where to leave the keys is not answered…

  Красивый вид из окна. В кваритре все есть от бытовых приборов до стирального порошка и туалетной бумаги. В квартире все очень удобно расположенно и раставлено. Находиться в ней приятно. Добродушные владельцы квартиры, говорят на русском и английском, помимо грузинского. Рядом детская площадка. В доме находится круглосуточный магазин. Сам дом достаточно необычной и интересной планировки.
  
  What could be improved: Достаточно ощутимый запах сырости и плесени во всей кваритре, больше всего ощущаеться в спалне. Источник запаха не найден. Возможно, где-то под обоями образовалась плесень, или вообще в самой стене дома. Из-за этого снизила оценку до 7. Такая проблема во многих домах старой застройки в Батуми. Если бы знали бы об этом, то выбрали другой варианть жилья, потому что дышать подобным запахом вредно для здоровья.
  – Ломинат в углах комнаты местами продавленный и сильно пошарпаный, но в целом это не мешает жить в квартире. Этот момент немного огорчил, учитывая цену квартиры и снизил наши впечатления о ней. Возможно его планируют поменять.
  – Рядом мечеть, поэтому призывы к молитве могут вас будить по утрам, если вы спите с открытыми окнами или если
  у вас чуткий сон.

  We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions in the area. The apartment itself was well-equipped and comfortable, meeting all our needs during our visit.
  
  What could be improved: The only minor downside was the early morning prayers from the nearby mosque, which could be a bit loud.
