The apartments themselves are clean and modern – nothing too fancy, but everything works properly, which isn’t always a given in this part of the world, if I’m being honest.

What really won me over was the practical stuff that travel websites never tell you about. The kitchen actually has decent cookware (rare for vacation rentals), there’s reliable hot water, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes. The building has this slightly sterile new-construction feel, but the views more than make up for it. Parking can be a bit of a hassle during peak summer months – the nearby streets fill up fast, and you might find yourself circling the block a few times. But here’s the thing: you’re walking distance to some fantastic restaurants that tourists rarely find because they’re tucked away in the residential streets. There’s this little khachapuri place about three blocks away that locals actually go to, not just the tourist traps along the waterfront. The 8.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not luxury, but it hits all the right notes for the price point, and that view… well, you know what they say about location, location, location.

  Everything was perfect. The room was enough spacious. The view was fantastic. It is a private apartment and the owner was there when we arrived. The staff was very polite, kind and helpful. Our room was on 20th floor and the see was in the corner so we did not like and he gave us another room in 40th floor with panorama view. See and forest. It was awesome.
