The apartment is spacious in a way that actually matters – I’m talking about room to spread out your stuff without tripping over your suitcase every five minutes. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which came in handy when I wanted to grab fresh produce from the nearby market and make a simple breakfast. The location is sort of perfect if you ask me; you’re close enough to the tourist action along the Boulevard that you can walk there in about ten minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of tour groups at all hours. I discovered this little bakery just two blocks down that opens ridiculously early – around 6 AM – and their Georgian pastries became my daily ritual.

What surprised me most was how quiet the nights are here, considering you’re still very much in the city center. The building sits back from the main road just enough that traffic noise isn’t really an issue, though you might hear the occasional late-night reveler wandering home from the seaside bars. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you settle in – it’s those thoughtful touches like having proper blackout curtains (trust me, this matters when you’re jet-lagged) and a surprisingly powerful shower that make the difference. The host was genuinely helpful too, not in that over-eager way that makes you uncomfortable, but more like a local friend giving you the real scoop on where to eat and what to skip. I mean, they steered me away from the obvious tourist traps and toward this incredible family-run restaurant about six blocks inland where I had some of the best khinkali of my entire trip. If you’re looking for something more authentic than a standard hotel experience but don’t want to sacrifice comfort, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Апартаменты в самом центре города, хозяин всегда на связи, недочёты связанные с интернетом были исправлены следующим утром. Есть вся посуда и приборы, много полотенец, фен, дополнительные тёплые одеяла, стиральная машинка. За эту цену вполне нормально.
  
  What could be improved: Прямо за окном стройка с 8 утра до 20.00 вечера. Вариант не для тех кто любит поспать. Не было микроволновки.

  Нас встретил сосед хозяина, передал ключи, дал краткую инструкцию и забрал деньги. Оказалось, у нас были только крупные купюры, поэтому нам не могли дать сдачу на месте. Однако затем абсолютно спокойно и беспроблемно пошли навстречу и сказали, что мы можем отдать остаток задатка в любой момент, когда нам будет удобно.
  
  Также было отличное расположение: исторический центр, много продуктовых рядом, кафе и местные рестораны грузинской кухни с очень вкусными хачапури. До пляжа идти примерно минут 12 средним темпом. Была безумно удобная кровать, хотя сначала так не подумали. Прекрасно работающий интернет тоже не мог не радовать!
  
  Само здание сыроватое из-за повышенной влажности в городе, поэтому в апартаментах стоял осушитель воздуха, который очень спасал ситуацию.
  
  Хозяин всегда был на связи и был готов помочь с любыми сложностями.
  
  Город отличный! Хозяин и апартаменты – восторг! Благодарим за гостеприимство.

  Квартира очень удобно расположена, в самом центре города, рядом с морем, но в очень тихом переулке. Рядом и магазины и кафе. Квартира не большая, но всё продумано до мелочей, есть всё необходимое. Создавалось полное впечатление жилого домашнего пространства, а не съемного жилья. Особенный респект за отлично оборудованную кухню. Так же хозяин всегда был на связи и готов был решить любые вопросы. Нам очень понравилось, мы можем смело рекомендовать этот вариант!

  За неделю отдыха в Батуми смогли оценить хорошее расположение квартиры! Рядом все, что нужно. Недалеко идти до пляжа, до достопримечательностей, до ресторанов. Все самое интересное рядом!
  Очень отзывчивые владельцы, помогли рано утром заселиться.
  В квартире есть все, что надо для жизни.
  
  What could be improved: При входе в квартиру чувствуется запах сырости. Непривычно, но это не большой минус.
