  Студия находиться в новом доме, следовательно все места общего пользования в отличном состоянии. Очень чистая студия. Постельные принадлежности чистые, в отличном состоянии. Есть все необходимое (телевизор, кондиционер, чайник, электроплита, холодильник, микроволновая печь, стиральная машина, роутер (вайфай) и даже больше, а именно, помимо всей бытовой техники был даже духовой шкаф (что большая редкость в Грузии). Студия находиться в самом центре г.Батуми, из-за удачного расположения все находиться рядом: магазины, рестораны, кафе, автобусные остановки. До парка 6 мая (центрального парка города) 400-500 метров, до моря 700.
