You know what surprised me about Aparthause? I was anticipating another standard apartment hotel, but this place genuinely has personality. Situated on Sherif Ximshiashvili Street – yeah, I needed to practice saying that multiple times – it’s nestled in one of those peacefully residential neighborhoods of Batumi where you experience an authentic feel of how locals actually live. The building itself has this contemporary-meets-Georgian vibe happening, and honestly, the entrance feels more like stepping into someone’s thoughtfully designed home than a conventional hotel lobby.

What really convinced me about this four-star place was how the staff appeared to truly care about getting the particulars right. I mean, check-in was smooth, but beyond that, they actually understood the neighborhood – like, really understood it. When I inquired about good coffee nearby, the person at reception didn’t just direct me toward the tourist strip, but mentioned this small place two blocks away where the barista makes amazing khachapuri in the mornings. The apartments themselves are roomy in that way that makes you consider staying longer than you originally planned. Mine had a full kitchen (not just a mini-fridge setup), and the bathroom featured one of those rainfall showers that actually functions properly – you’d be amazed how uncommon that is. The Wi-Fi remained dependable throughout, which matters when you’re trying to video call home from the Black Sea coast.

Here’s the thing about the location though – it’s about a fifteen-minute walk to the main beach and tourist zone, which some people might view as a disadvantage, but I actually appreciated it. You’re near enough to everything that matters, but you avoid that constant energy of vacation rental chaos and street vendors. The neighborhood becomes truly peaceful after 10 PM, which means you’ll actually sleep well. There’s a small grocery shop right across the street, and I observed several local families in the building, which always feels like a positive sign to me. The 9.7 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not attempting to be flashy or over-the-top, but everything just functions like it should. If you’re the type who wants to experience Batumi without feeling like you’re trapped in a tourist bubble, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  I appreciate a lot the comfortable double bad, the kitchen annex fully equipped, washing machine and washing agents available. The owner is very nice, helpful and agreeable. The balcony with a sea view is great. You can also dry your clothes there. The distance to the beach is like 5 minutes on foot.

  Замечательное расположение. Пляж в 5ти минутах ходьбы. Шикарное суперсовременное здание. В номере есть всё для комфортного проживания. Достаточно посуды для приготовления пищи. Современная мебель и бытовая техника. Чистое постельное белье. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Отель рекомендую к заселению. Нам очень понравилось.
  
  What could be improved: Не очень качественная уборка. При заселении были волосы в душевой и на кухне. Муж порезал ногу осколком стекла, который был на полу.
  И ооочень большая проблема с парковкой авто. Поставить машину возле отеля практически невозможно. Кто путешествует самостоятельно на своём авто имейте это в виду.

  Номер был чистый и уютный, всё необходимое в наличии. Отличное расположение. Отдельно хочу отметить доброжелательность арендатора — всегда была на связи и готова помочь☺️
