You know what though? Those views alone make up for any confusion about the branding.

The location on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street is actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re staying where locals live, not just in some tourist bubble. I mean, you’re still close enough to walk to Batumi Boulevard in about ten minutes, but you get this authentic neighborhood vibe that I really appreciated. There’s a little bakery around the corner that opens ridiculously early – like 6 AM early – and the smell of fresh khachapuri drifting up in the morning became my unofficial wake-up call. The building itself has that slightly Soviet-era feel that’s been modernized, which honestly gives it more character than some of those cookie-cutter hotels down by the beach.

What really struck me was how the staff seemed to actually care about making your stay work. Check-in was smooth (they speak decent English, which isn’t always a given in this part of Batumi), and when I mentioned I was hoping to catch the cable car up to the hills, the front desk guy drew me a little map showing the quickest walking route. The rooms are clean and functional – not fancy, but everything works properly, which is sometimes more than you can say for pricier places I’ve stayed. The air conditioning actually cools the room, the shower has decent water pressure, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes. Plus, if you get one of those higher floor rooms, watching the sunset over the Black Sea while ships drift by in the distance… well, it’s one of those moments that makes you remember why you travel in the first place. The 9-point rating this place gets makes total sense once you factor in the value – you’re getting a solid, comfortable stay without paying resort prices, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  What could be improved: باب شقة 3031 الدور30 علق معاي تقريبا ساعة حتى يفتح بالبطاقة وانا قد دخلت الشقة وهذا ثاني يوم لي و اتصلت على المؤجر رد بعد نص ساعة . و الرسيبشن ما تعاونوا معاي لانها شقق من مؤجر مستقل ولازم هو يكلمهم مو انا
