I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Acord Hotel & Balcony on Parnavaz Mepe Street, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It’s tucked away on the third floor of this building that you might walk past without noticing, but that actually turned out to be part of its charm. Once you make it up there (there’s an elevator, thank goodness), you realize why they put “balcony” right in the name – the views over Batumi are genuinely stunning.

This four-star place has this cozy, almost intimate feel that you don’t get at the bigger hotels closer to the beach. I mean, you’re still just a few minutes’ walk from the seafront, but it feels like you’ve discovered something a bit more authentic. The rooms are well thought out – not huge, but cleverly designed with these lovely balconies that actually make you want to spend time outside. I found myself having my morning coffee out there every day, watching the city wake up below. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting the details right, which you notice in little things like how they remember your name and actually give useful recommendations about where to eat (not just the touristy spots).

What really struck me was how quiet it stays at night, despite being right in the heart of things. You know how some places in Batumi can get pretty lively after dark – well, this street somehow manages to avoid most of that chaos. The whole setup feels more like staying at a well-run guesthouse than a typical hotel, if that makes sense. They’ve got this relaxed vibe going on, but everything still works properly – good WiFi, decent water pressure, air conditioning that actually cools the room. Honestly, for what you pay here, especially during the busy summer months when everywhere else gets ridiculously expensive, it’s quite a find. The location puts you within easy walking distance of pretty much everything you’d want to see, but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds that come with being right on the main strip.

  This location is the best choice whether you want to go to the old town to play, lie in bed and watch the sea, or sit on the balcony to watch the sea, because it avoids the view of the
  port and is right behind you. It is very cost-effective compared to nearby hotels and meets the needs of taking photos from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and clean. Although there is no elevator, the staff will help you
  take your suitcases in time.

  The staff was very nice. They let us leave our luggage at the reception before the check-in and after we had checked out.
  
  The location for breakfast was perfect: with an amazing sea view and on the rooftop.

  Stayed here with my international friends and experienced the warmest welcome—true Georgian hospitality at its finest! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, offering impeccable service throughout. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect—everything we needed was just steps away, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. I’m already looking forward to coming back, if only for those views alone!

  The owner is very nice and hospitable, the location is superb, everything is very clean, the bed is comfortable, you've got everything you need there. The view from the window is wonderful, you can see Black Sea, it's just across the street.
  The owner gave us a bottle of wine as compliment, it was really nice, too. Definitely recommend this place.
