  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Even though I clearly informed the host in advance that we would arrive at 8 PM, they refused to let us check in. They didn’t even bother to meet us or try to help resolve the situation. We were left stranded on the streets at night with our parents, completely helpless. It was shocking, irresponsible, and unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
