It’s tucked away from the main tourist chaos but still close enough that you can walk to the Boulevard in about ten minutes. I mean, being on the 19th floor – yeah, apartment 1910 – means you’re getting these incredible sea views that honestly rival what you’d pay twice as much for at those big resort hotels along the waterfront. The elevator works reliably (trust me, this matters when you’re lugging suitcase up that high), and the building itself feels modern and well-maintained.

What really got me was how thoughtfully everything was set up inside. The kitchen actually has proper appliances – not those tiny hotel mini-fridges that can barely fit a bottle of water. You can grab fresh khachapuri from the local bakeries and have a proper breakfast while watching the sunrise over the Black Sea. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the apartment, which was crucial since I was working remotely during part of my stay. And honestly, having a washing machine available after a week of travel was a game-changer. The bathroom has excellent water pressure too – something you don’t always get in this part of the city. I noticed the windows are well-insulated, so even though you’re right in the urban area, it stays surprisingly quiet at night. The air conditioning works efficiently, which you’ll definitely appreciate during Batumi’s humid summer months. The whole setup just feels like someone actually thought about what travelers need for longer stays, rather than just throwing together some basic furniture and calling it done. With a 9.8 rating, I can see why people keep coming back – it’s that rare find where the practical stuff works perfectly and the views make you feel like you’re getting away with something.

  В аппартаментах есть весь необходимый минимум для комфорного прибывания, атмосферный вид на море и город с балкона. Приятный, вежливый хозяин. Отличная локация, 5 минут до пляжа, 3 минуты до большого торгового центра, возле дома остановка общест.транспорта, идущего в старый город, в соседних домах две прекрасных точки общепита – Норд и Гурман.
  
  What could be improved: Будьте готовы к отключению электричества и воды. Но это общегородская проблема, а не конкретного жилья. В ванной комнате хозяева предусмотрительно держат ведро с водой.

  Everything — from the proactive and excellent, courteous customer service from host Levan who was always prompt to respond to any and all Qs or requests we might have, to the cleanliness, quality household items and facilities offered and even the fresh modern style of the studio apartment. By far the best place we’ve stayed at and interaction with host we’ve had in Batumi. My toddler son still asks when we’re going back to the “orange building” (it was an additional plus that it has a small playground in its grounds, and a fish tank in the foyer)!

  Огромное спасибо , Арену за заботу. Такого внимания мы не ожидали. Нас встретили все показали. Всегда на связи. Квартира сказка, супер чистая , продуманная до мелочей. В ней есть все для длительного проживания . Отдельная история это тропический душ , с шикарным напором . Без намёка на плесень. Глаз радовался от присутствия живых цветов в квартире и на балконе. По совету встречали закат , и это изумительный вид. Пожалели, что не весь отпуск там жили. Район нам очень понравился , все под рукой. Однозначно советую.
  
  What could be improved: Пожалели, что не весь отпуск тут жили. Не видитесь как мы на 1 линию и орби. Лучше пройти лишний 100 метров.
