What really got me though was how the whole place felt more like staying at someone’s well-appointed apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The host actually knows the area – like, really knows it – and will point you toward spots that aren’t in your guidebook. Parking isn’t a nightmare here either, which anyone who’s driven in Batumi will tell you is basically a minor miracle. The apartment itself is clean and functional without being fancy, but honestly, when you’re spending your days exploring the Old Town or hanging out at the beach, you just want somewhere comfortable to crash that doesn’t feel like a generic chain hotel. And at night? Dead quiet. No drunk tourists stumbling around in hallways at 3 AM, no elevator dings every five minutes – just the occasional sound of the neighborhood settling in for the evening. It’s the kind of place where you can actually unwind after a long day of wandering around the city, maybe cook something simple with ingredients from the local market, and plan tomorrow’s adventures without feeling rushed to check out and move on.

  Панорамные окна, прямой вид на море, вышел из номера сразу пешеходный переход на другую сторону, до моря 200 метров. Отличные два балкона из кухни-гостиной и из спальни с которых открывается шикарный вид во все стороны. Местоположение в самом центре города. Хозяин очень радушный.
