What I really appreciate about this four-star place is how it seems to attract a mix of longer-stay visitors and regular travelers, which creates this interesting, less touristy atmosphere in the lobby and common areas. The rooms are spacious – I mean, genuinely spacious, not hotel-brochure spacious – with kitchenettes that actually have proper-sized fridges and cooking surfaces you’d use. During my stays there (I’ve been back twice now), I noticed the Georgian families and business travelers who seem to book extended stays, which tells you something about the value and comfort level. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after dark, which is either perfect if you want to sleep well or slightly inconvenient if you’re planning to stumble back from Batumi’s late-night scene – though honestly, a short taxi ride solves that easily enough.

The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing, and I’ve had those small but memorable interactions where someone remembered my preference for a higher floor or helped me figure out the local bus routes to the botanical garden. There’s decent parking if you’re driving, though the street can get a bit tight with cars during peak summer months when half of Tbilisi seems to migrate to the coast. I’ll be honest – the 7.9 rating feels about right; it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but everything works as it should, the Wi-Fi is reliable for video calls, and you get that residential neighborhood feel while still being close enough to walk to the beach when you want that classic Batumi experience. The value proposition really clicks when you realize you’re getting apartment-style space and amenities without paying resort prices, especially if you’re staying more than just a quick weekend.

  Great Area opposite city centre. Calm part of Batumi, heated swimming pool, not crowded lift. A good shops in hotel Area. I recomend this hotel much more as Orbi Complex.

  The apartment was clean however a very toxic sewage smell emanating from the toilet. The music played in the pool area was loud and could be heard inside the apartment even from the 7th floor. If only they play it less loud and change the songs. It seemed the same songs over and over.

  A very nice and helpfull reception staff, provided everything I needed during staying in the hotel
  
  What could be improved: Had only 1 bathrobe and 1 big towel for 2 guests when we arrived. A staff did not have enough of clean towels to give instead of used during room cleaning, so for 2 people we often had only 1 towel or did not have at all. But the reception staff always solved the problem immediately, when I reported about it.

  The place is excellent value for money: nice & spacious appartments; nice & big swimming pool; good location next to boulevard; staff was friendly; all in all perfect for 2-3 nights stay
  
  What could be improved: There was bad smell coming from bathroom pipe in the shower – really bad! This need to be fixed and was also part of other negative reviews. We covered the shower grid with towel – and this helped to stop bad smell from coming.
  There were no pool towels available; No room cleaning but there was no issue for us as we only stayed for 2 nights
