You know what really struck me about White Sails apartments overlooking the sea, city and park? The name isn’t just marketing fluff – you actually do get these sweeping views that make you want to stand on the balcony with your morning coffee way longer than planned. I stayed here last summer when Batumi was buzzing with tourists, and honestly, this four-star place felt like my own little sanctuary above all the action.

The location on Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street is pretty brilliant if you ask me. It’s close enough to the boulevard that you can walk to all those glitzy casinos and the dancing fountains in about ten minutes, but far enough up the hill that you’re not dealing with the street noise and crowds 24/7. I mean, Batumi can get pretty intense during peak season – everyone’s out until like 3 AM, music pumping from the beach bars – but up here you actually get some peace. The apartments themselves are spacious (which you don’t always get in this city), and the kitchenette situation is legit if you want to grab some fresh khachapuri from the local bakeries and eat it while watching the Black Sea do its thing.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to know their stuff about getting around the city. The woman at reception – I think her name was Nino – gave me this insider tip about avoiding the main beach area during the afternoon rush and hitting up the quieter spots near the botanical garden instead. Speaking of which, you can actually see patches of that garden from some of the higher floor windows, along with the port activity and the mountains in the distance. The whole setup feels more like staying in someone’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel room, which worked perfectly for me since I was there for almost a week. Parking was straightforward too – they’ve got a small lot that doesn’t require you to navigate Batumi’s somewhat chaotic street parking situation. The only thing I’d mention is that the elevator can be a bit slow during busy check-in times, but honestly, that’s pretty minor when you’re getting views like this at this price point in a city where decent accommodation can be hit or miss.

  Расположение квартиры просто идеальное. Тихий и уютный район. Шикарный вид из балкона: с одной стороны море с красивым парком, с другой -горы. Квартира чистая, со свежим ремонтом, все необходимое есть. Бассейн бесплатный, что для нас было очень важно. Хозяйка квартиры очень добродушная, отзывчивая. Нам все понравилось))

  الإفطار لا ينطبق و مكان الإقامه ممتاز ( قريب من البوليفارد و ميتروسيتي مول حيث كارفور كذلك يوجد سوبر ماركت في الكومبليكس ، المنطقه نظيفه و المباني حديثه ) .. الشقه في الدور 20 و منظر ممتاز مطل على الحديقه و البحر .

  Очень хорошая квартира в центре нового Батуми. С балкона открывается шикарный вид на море, парк, горы и город, который ночью красочно светиться. В квартире чисто и есть все необходимое. Рядом работает круглосуточный супермаркет, два ресторанчика, есть банкоматы разных банков, рядом огромный торговый центр и очень хорошая детская площадка.
  Новый бульвар – мой любимый район для проживания в Батуми: чисто, тихо, немноголюдно. это относится и к району в целом, и к внутреннему пространству комплекса Whaite Sails. Всегда есть место для парковки автомобиля. Территория круглосуточно охраняется
  Море в 3 минутах ходьбы.
  Алиса И Олег очень замечательные хозяева, всегда были на связи. Рекомендую это жилье.
