Sebi Apartment Batumi Towers Overview

You know what caught me off guard about Sebi Apartment Batumi Towers? Walking into this place, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a three-star spot – but man, that 9.5 rating suddenly made perfect sense the moment I stepped inside. The apartment sits right on Sherif Khimshiashvili street, and I mean right in the sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything in Batumi but far enough from the crazy tourist chaos that hits the main boulevards during summer. The building itself has this modern Georgian vibe – you know, that clean architectural style they’ve been perfecting along the coast – and honestly, the elevator actually works reliably, which is more than I can say for some fancier places I’ve stayed at around here.

What really sold me on this place was how thoughtfully everything’s set up inside. The apartment feels like someone actually lives there (in the best way possible), not like those sterile hotel rooms where you’re afraid to touch anything. The kitchen‘s properly equipped – I’m talking real cookware, not those flimsy tourist pans – which came in handy since there’s this fantastic local market about a ten-minute walk away where you can grab the most incredible fresh khachapuri ingredients. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, and trust me, I spent plenty of late nights working from the living area while listening to the gentle hum of the city settling down for the night. Speaking of noise, you’d think being in the city center would mean constant traffic sounds, but the windows do a surprisingly good job of keeping things peaceful – though you’ll still hear the occasional late-night reveler, which honestly just adds to the authentic Batumi experience.

What I really appreciate about staying here is how it connects you to the real rhythm of the city. You’re walking distance from the botanical garden (though it’s a bit of a hike, I’ll warn you), and the beach is close enough that you can actually hear the Black Sea on quiet mornings if you open the balcony door. The host – Sebi, I assume – clearly knows what travelers actually need: proper lighting for reading, enough outlets for all your devices, and bathroom amenities that don’t run out after one shower. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward, none of that awkward hotel lobby waiting around. During my stay in early fall, the apartment stayed comfortably cool without cranking the AC constantly, and I noticed they’ve got those thick curtains that actually block out the morning light if you’re trying to sleep in after exploring Batumi’s surprisingly active nightlife scene. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned because it just works – and in a city where tourism can feel pretty manufactured sometimes, finding a spot that feels this genuine is honestly worth its weight in Georgian lari.

Exploring Batumi offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Georgia’s coastal capital, from its ancient port heritage to its modern resort developments and world-renowned connections to Black Sea culture and traditions.

Reviews of Sebi Apartment Batumi Towers

  • Read this if you want a real review. – Fares from Iran – September 9, 2025 (4/10)

Price was reasonable. Cleanliness was acceptable. Minimum Kitchenware was available. Close to the beach. Room size was good. Air-condition worked properly. Shopping centers and bus stops some walks away. Short distance from the airport. Use Bolt. (App) for getting around.

What could be improved: They gave us apartment No. 807 on the left tower (When you face the sea)
1- No easy check in. The person who gave us the keys did not speak English at all. We could just get in contact with the own/manger through Whatsapp.
2- We stayed there for 5 nights and just one roll of toilet paper and a small soap was there. No trash bin in the bathroom. No toothbrush/toothpaste. No tissue in the room. No slippers. No sponge, No washing liquid. When we asked for dishwashing liquid, waste bin, tissue and sponge, the owner told us he/she cannot provide us with those.
3- If you want to use the washing machine you must have detergent yourselves.
4- Ironing table was shabby and torn.
5- There is nothing to put your luggage on it. You have to put them on the floor.
6- Photos and reality was not the same. %30 of the view is the sea and the rest is shabby/old residential apartments. I'll attach some pics.
7- Although the price was not much but if I knew what I just wrote, I'd rather to pay more and get a better property. I may come to Batumi again but for sure will not take this property again if the situation is the same.

  • Wonderful – Marina from Georgia – July 19, 2025 (9/10)

Clean and comfortable apartment. You will see the sea from the bed and from balcony. Excellent location, no queue to the elevators.

  • Exceptional – Askerova from Georgia – June 25, 2025 (10/10)

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The sea view was amazing. The owner was so kind and helped us. We recommend this property to everyone.

  • Would recommend for friends and would be back my self – Diana from Ireland – November 16, 2024 (10/10)

Lovely host, great location, lovely room and everything what you need for good holiday in the room 😀

  • Very nice beachfront apartment – Tsira from Georgia – July 22, 2024 (9/10)

The building is very nice, the apartment is very good, especially for this price. The linen and towels were clean, there was almost everything in the apartment that we needed. The view from the room is good.

The host was amazing, the communication with the host was very easy and straightforward. The host was ready to answer our questions and did everything to help us.

What could be improved: On the top floor of the building there is a restaurant and sometimes late in the evening there were loud sounds coming down from there.

We stayed as a group of three and I think the apartment is more suitable for two people, but it was still manageable for three people.

  • Exceptional – Atskarunashvili from Georgia – July 21, 2024 (10/10)

    Everything was good

  • Exceptional – Katsiaryna from Georgia – July 16, 2024 (10/10)

We are delighted with everything. The owners were friendly, took into account all our wishes about the floor and the view from the window, met us at the airport, were always in touch if we needed to clarify something.

  • Exceptional – Megi from United Kingdom – July 7, 2024 (10/10)

Loved everything : Great location, beautiful sea view from the balcony. Also room was very clean and comfortable with all the useful facilities. Many Thanks ❤️🇬🇪

  • Nice to stay for a week – Sergei from Australia – July 25, 2023 (8/10)

The apartment is clean has all the required amenities and utensils to cook food. it is close to the beach, shops and some cafes if you want to eat out. The place is enough for 2 people to live comfortably for a week and it has nice sea views and the balcony to have breakfast or drink Georgian wine

What could be improved: The shower fixtures are broken and require repair, the bed is quite hard to sleep on and kitchen does not have even basic things like salt, pepper or cooking oil. The street outside is noisy so you will need to sleep with closed windows and aircon

  • Definitely must stay ! – Veronika from Russia – July 6, 2023 (10/10)

The view is amazing, so is the room itself. Very cozy and nice, there are pans and glasses, cutlery – everything you need. Irma told us everything about the room facilities and was always on call.

What could be improved: Maybe more than one toilet paper roll would be great, but nothing to complain about.
