The location is pretty sweet – you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the main Batumi Boulevard where all the action happens, but far enough away that you won’t be dealing with the late-night party crowd stumbling around under your window.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room, which honestly works in its favor. I mean, the furnishings aren’t going to win any design awards, but everything’s clean and functional, and that sea view they’re promising? It’s real. I spent way too much time just sitting by the window with my morning coffee, watching the fishing boats head out and the joggers doing their thing along the waterfront. The bathroom’s compact but well-designed – you know how some places cram everything into a space the size of a phone booth? This isn’t that. There’s actually room to move around, and the water pressure is surprisingly good for this part of town.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, despite being so close to the city center. The street itself isn’t a major thoroughfare, so you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise, but you can still hear the waves if you crack open the window – which I did pretty much every night I was there. The staff was helpful without being overly chatty, and check-in was smooth even though my Georgian is basically non-existent. They seem to get a lot of international guests, so English works just fine. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving – the street spaces fill up quickly, but there’s usually something within a block or two. The building itself is part of that newer development wave that’s been happening in Batumi, so while it doesn’t have tons of character, it’s solid and well-maintained. I’d definitely come back, especially considering the price point – you’re getting that sea view and decent location without the premium you’d pay at the big resort hotels closer to the beach.

  Квартира просторная светлая находится на берегу моря. Всё рестораны в пешей доступности .очень красивый вид из окна.рядом макдональдс и маленькие магазины где можно купить продукты сигареты и т.д.

  What could be improved: Нет полотенца для ног.в ванной всегда мокро из за душа т.к. там короткая шторка.на кухне нет полотенец.ну и полотенца для тела хотелось бы что бы они были более новыми без дырок.и ещё обязательно проверьте что есть горячая вода т.к. мы первый вечер остались без горячей воды.но на утро пришол управляющий и все исправил.

  We communicated well even though the person who showed us into the apartment could not coomunicate with us due to language barrier.
  
  What could be improved: The parking was prearranged before the apartment block, but unfortunately there was hardly parking available in the area, so we were not able to move around with the car as we woud have forfeited the parking spot. The construction noises started just after 10am every morning, nothing for long sleepers.

  Мені сподобалось те, що в квартирі було все що потрібно для комфортного життя. Чисто. Все в працюючому стані (окрім мікрохвильової печі). Швидкий інтернет. Ідеальне розташування біля моря. Дуже зручні ліжка. Добра шумоізоляція, що було дуже важливо для мене. Гарний вид з балкону.
  
  What could be improved: Не сподобалось те, що власники підтвердили моє прохання заїхати раніше, але переплутали час і замість 13:00 ми заїхали майже о 15:00. Увесь цей час ми просто чекали під дверима, намагаючись з ними звʼязатися.
  Архітектура будинку гарна, якщо б його відреставрувати буде дуже класно, але зараз виглядає страшно.
  Дуже складно знайти місце для паркування.
  Важливо: декілька разів нам вибивало світло і треба було самостійно вмикати тумблер в щитку. Про це ніхто не інформував.
  Користуватись ліфтом на свій страх і ризик.
  Дуже мало рушників (по 1 на людину). Ми жили в квартирі 3 дні, їх не заміняли.
  Мікрохвильова піч не працює.
