I’ll be honest – when I first heard about THE LOFT IN CENTRAL PARK, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a three-star place in Batumi. But you know what? Sometimes those expectations work in your favor, because this little gem on Takaishvili Street completely caught me off guard.

The thing about this loft is that it actually feels like someone’s carefully curated apartment rather than a typical hotel room. I mean, the name gives it away, but the execution is what surprised me. The space has this relaxed, lived-in vibe that somehow manages to feel both modern and cozy – which honestly isn’t easy to pull off. The windows are generous, so you get plenty of natural light filtering in, and there’s something about the way they’ve arranged the furniture that makes even a compact space feel breathable. What really got me though was the attention to small details – proper coffee setup, decent Wi-Fi that actually works throughout the space, and storage solutions that make sense for travelers who aren’t just passing through for one night.

Location-wise, you’re positioned really well on Takaishvili Street. It’s one of those addresses that puts you close enough to the action without being right in the middle of tourist chaos. The boulevard and beach are an easy walk, but you can also duck into some of the quieter residential streets if you want to see how locals actually live in this part of the city. I found myself walking to most places I wanted to go – the cable car, some excellent Georgian restaurants that don’t cater exclusively to tourists, even down to the port area when I felt like wandering. Parking isn’t a nightmare if you’re driving, which is saying something for this part of town. The building itself sits in a spot where you get a bit of greenery without sacrificing urban convenience, and honestly, after spending time in some of Batumi’s busier hotel districts, I appreciated the slightly more residential feel of the neighborhood. The staff clearly know their stuff too – they had solid recommendations for places I wouldn’t have found on my own, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. It’s the kind of place that works whether you’re planning to explore every corner of Batumi or just need a comfortable base for a few days.

  Perfect accommodation.
  There is everything you need to spend your time in Betumi.
  Located in the centre and at the same time is a very quiet place. A lot of cafes and restaurants are around. Definitely recommend!

  Чистая и просторная студия с видом на озеро. Очень удачное расположение: это тихое место, но в шаговой доступности парк, зоопарк, дельфинарий, кафе, магазины.
  Хозяин с семьёй живёт в соседней квартире и после выселения мы смогли оставить свои вещи и ещё один день погулять налегке по Батуми.
