The area around Sherif Khimshiashvili Street has this nice residential vibe during the day, with locals going about their business and kids playing in the courtyards, but come evening you’re a five-minute walk from some seriously good restaurants that most tourists never find. There’s this little place that does amazing adjarian khachapuri just around the corner – the owner’s grandmother taught her the recipe, and you can taste the difference. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak summer months, but honestly, that’s pretty much everywhere in Batumi these days. The 8.1 rating makes total sense to me because this isn’t trying to be a luxury resort, it’s just doing the apartment hotel thing really well. You get the independence of having your own space, the comfort of a decent bed and that sea view, plus you’re staying somewhere that feels authentically Georgian rather than like a generic international chain. If you’re the type of traveler who values location and genuine character over marble lobbies and 24-hour room service, this place will probably surprise you in all the right ways.

  Это ЛЕГЕНДАРНЫЙ дом: он выглядит, ощущается и дышит как Шанхайское гетто (но безопасно)
  Я очень хотел там пожить, но приличных номеров тут мало. Этот нормальный 8,5/10.
  Душевая норм. Кровати норм. Два балкона вид на море и вид во ДВОР! Если это плюс, то супер модный Мак в 2х минутах…

  Розетки работают через раз (оч неприятно)

  Good apartment, just like on photos, nothing hided. Very near sea, sound of sea is clearly heard in bendroms – I liked that
  
  What could be improved: -lots of mosquitos i batumi, it isnt about this aparment, just in overall. If you read this, dont make our mistake, carefully kill them all before going to bed, and turn on antimosquito thing, which was provided in the apartment but we doesnt turn it. I counted about 20bites on hands face and feet Just after 1 night, be careful, save yourself

  the view was great. Location is very central, next to the beach, and there is a beatiful sea-side boulevard was next to the apartment. The host was very responsive.
